Moving to the first floor, each house features two double bedrooms. One of these bedrooms is equipped with an ensuite shower room, while the other has an ensuite bathroom.

To access the villa there is a path which is 105cm wide. The front door has a width of 85cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 62cm wide. From the covered terrace, there is a small step of 5cm onto the terrace. This step runs around the perimeter of the property. The terrace is tiled and spacious. Inside both houses, the ground floor bedroom doors are 69cm wide, whilst the shower ensuite doors are 59cm wide. There are 18 steps to the first floors.
