Suuri ylellinen talo, joka on täynnä viehätysvoimaa, pääosin valkoisella pohjapiirroksella ja arkkitehdin luomalla sisustuksella, joka on suunnattu meriteemaan.
Lähes kaikissa talon huoneissa on merinäköala.

Sen koostumus:
5 makuuhuonetta (joista 3 sviitissä, muissa 2 on myös oma kylpyhuone) + kuudes pieni makuuhuone, jossa 2 kerrossänkyä. 3 makuuhuonetta ranskalaisilla ikkunoilla johtavat puutarhaan + 1 makuuhuone yläkerrassa avautuu suurelle terassille ja viides makuuhuone, viereisestä makuuhuoneesta on näkymät patiolle. Päästäksesi siihen on ranskalaisen ikkunan läpi olohuoneessa ja sinun on mentävä muutamalla portaalla - jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on kylpyhuone (5 kylpyhuonetta) - (nukkuu 12) + 2 vauvansänkyä (pyydä meitä laittamaan se saatavana ja valmistele se.
Suuri täysin varustettu keittiö baarilla, olohuone, takka den, ruokasali (12 henkilöä), patio.
Katettu terassi, pitkä pöytä 12 hengelle, rakenteellinen grilli, jota laajentaa aromaattisten yrttien istuttaja. 1500 m2: n tontti, koristeltu palmuilla, oleandereilla, sypressilla ja viikuna Bougainvillealla, iso lämmitetty suolaisen suolaisen veden uima-allas, krokettipeli 4 hengelle, lasten lelut, lumikenkiä. Ulkosuihku kylmällä ja kuumalla vedellä.
Lounge - katolla oleva kattokerros (ulkoilma), johon pääsee puutarhasta talon arkkitehtuuriin lisätyllä ulkoisella portaikolla, jossa on osittain varustettu keittiö + plancha, baari, olohuone sohvilla, nojatuolit ja pöydät sivupöytä, iso ruokapöytä ja 2mx2m nostettu sänky. Siihen pääsee myös Masterbedroomin kautta.
Päällystetty sisäänkäynti pihalle, jonne pääset portikon kautta, joka on varustettu kauko-ohjattavalla portilla, johon mahtuu kymmenen autoa.

Ottaen huomioon, että taloon mahtuu 5 paria, joissa on 2 lasta, jokaiselle huoneelle on määritetty talon pääsyavaimet ja portin kaukosäädin, jotta kaikki voivat tulla ja mennä haluamallaan tavalla.

Sisäänkäynti, talo, puutarha ja uima-allas (lämmitetty ja suolavedellä) kunnostettiin kokonaan vuoden 2015 ensimmäisellä puoliskolla. Siksi kaikki tämän talon laitteet ovat uusia ja uusinta tekniikkaa.
Tämä huvila sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta São Rafaelin uimaranta. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla vesipuisto, poreallas ja pyykinpesutilat. Huvilassa tarjoaa asiakkaille ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja yksityisen uima-altaan.

Terrific villa that ticked all the boxes

We traveled to Villa Marina as a group of 10 (5 couples). We found it to be exactly as per the online description - beautifully laid out, tastefully decorated, fantastically well equipped and spotlessly clean. The ambience of the villa is lovey making it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. Several touches marked it out from previous holidays - from embroidered towels to the kitchen cupboards overflowing with all the plates, cups, glasses and cooking equipment you could ever need. We made good use of the pool, which provided some respite from the exceptionally hot weather that Portugal was having. We also used the croquet set and pool inflatables which were considerately provided by the hosts. Positionally, the villa is far enough away from the busy streets of Albuferia whilst close enough to the beach and some very decent restaurants (Il Botha in particular). And although there was some building work happening in the area it was largely unobtrusive and certainly not an issue for us.Overall our party were unanimous that the villa itself had added to our enjoyment of our holiday and time we’d spent in The Algarve.

We loved the house and Helena’s hospitality!!

Helena’s Vila Marina is a great place to stay! The house is even better than its pictures; comfortable, elegant, and so spotless! It was very well equipped and perfectly suited for our group of 4 couples that love to cook, bbq, and hang out. The kitchen was so spacious that everyone who wanted to could get involved. We really appreciated the extra fridge and the extra freezer. Helena answered all of our questions very quickly. Her videos made the operation of the various elements of the house very clear. She also made many helpful suggestions that improved our stay. She scheduled the midweek housekeeping around our activities. There was even a set of keys for each bedroom. We all had a great week exploring the Algarve. Thank you, Helena.

Villa Marine is in alle opzichten een waanzinnig mooie Villa, heerlijk verblijf gehad, alles klopte. De Villa heeft een hele fijne energie, ligging perfect, overal dichtbij, uitzicht geweldig, verwarmd zwembad echt helemaal top, zeker in voor en na seizoen, prachtig aangelegde tuin met ligstoelen, leuke zitjes, kinderspeelgoed, goede bedden en nog zoveel meer, de Villa heeft alles voor een TOP verblijf! Wij komen zeker terug!

Amazing

Vila Marine is absolutely amazing. Photos are great but in reality this Vila is nothing short of excellent. Everything about this Vila is stunning, from the accommodation to the pool to the view. The master bedroom leading out to the terrace is beautiful. Sitting out with our morning coffee taking in the sea view was the perfect way to start the day before spending hours in and out of the fabulous pool with the kids! This Vila definitely has the WOW factor and we didnt want to leave! Cant rate it highly enough!

Enkelt och smidigt med kontakten med husägaren. Allt fungerade bra! Huset kan rekommenderas för stora sällskap. Vacker utsikt, uppvärmd pool och nära till två stränder. Tar bara en kort stund att gå till hamnen. Det är dock en del backar i området, så för äldre personer är det bra att det finns taxi och tuk tuk att tillgå. Åker gärna tillbaka! Camilla

Extended family get together

This beautiful property had all we were hoping for and more. The layout is perfect for large groups that want to get together as well as relax. The location was perfect for us, with walking distance to beaches, restaurants and more, and the views are just exceptional.

Amazing house

My extended family (11 of us!) LOVED this house. It is a beautiful home with a fantastic ocean view. The home itself is tranquil and felt luxurious--we all enjoyed the fantastic pool and eating meals outside with the ocean view. The house is also a short walk to 2 great beaches---Sao Rafael was excellent for swimming. Spending time together at the house was one of the highlights of the trip-we would recommend the house to anyone.

Exceeded expectations

Our family of ten fell in love with this place and had a fantastic holiday there! It had everything we needed and more. If we had any questions at all the wonderful owner answered us quickly and helped us in anyway she could. We would definitely recommend this home to any family wanting to make memories together in an ideal location!

Perfect Family Holiday

We couldn’t have found a better property for our family holiday. The house is really beautiful - very well furnished and the master bedroom is a real treat. If the two beaches we would only recommend the one on the right as the left one is too dangerous with hidden rocks at high tide. The pool was a game changer for the younger children in particular. We generally cooked for ourselves and the BBQ was perfect with good equipment. The owner was particularly helpful. Overall a flawless experience thank you.

Beautiful home and location

The property is gorgeous and within walking distance of several beaches, trails, and wonderful restaurants. The hosts are very kind and responsive. There are four bedrooms in the main house and a fifth room with a separate entrance. We had 12 people who stayed comfortably.

Beautiful Property in a Beautiful location

Took my extended family of 10 to the property and had an excellent vacation. The property was as beautiful as the pictures showed. We had a private chef and the kitchen was perfect to feed the large group with space for the chef to work. The added bonus was the upstairs bed which allowed us to sleep under the stars comfortably without being bothered by the usual mosquitoes. The property was more than we expected and I would recommend it to anyone wishing a family vacation. If I did find any fault, and I am being picky here it would have been nice to have a fan or two for the nights without a breeze and the coffee maker could use and upgrade as it didn't work but these were so minor issues they are hardly worth mentioning considering how lovely a time we had. My thanks to all the staff that made my 50th birthday holiday one of the best trips ever.

Villa Marine is a beautiful property. The pictures on the website do not actually do it justice and we were shocked by the size, cleanliness and style of the property. The bedrooms were beautiful and everyone had their own bathroom or shower room. We had some minor issues, for example, water drainage in some of the showers but any problems were dealt with immediately with help arriving usually within the hour!! I could go on and on but to sum up I would stay again in this lovely villa. 5 stars. Thank you for our stay.

Paradise in the Algarve

Our group of 10 which consisted of two families with grown children thoroughly enjoyed our stay at beautiful Vila Marine. There was plenty of space for everyone and everything was clean and manicured. The location of the Vila was perfect for our group to explore the area. Beautiful beaches with plenty of stores and restaurants close by. We rented a car and found it necessary for the type of trip we planned. We had a wonderful reception from the property manager and easy and plentiful correspondence with the owner, who gladly gave us referrals before our arrival, All in all this was one of our favorite vacations ever, and will be tough to top. Vila Marine Paradise

The house was fabulous-perfect amount of space for everyone to spread out. Well appointed and beautiful. The pool was lovely and the rooftop terrace afforded beautiful views. We only wish the weather had been a bit better but it was a lovely week with family! Our needs were well taken care of anytime we had a question. Highly recommend this beautiful home.

Beautiful house, best for summer, groups of 8 or less, and those not interested in staying in touch

Pros: Great location near beautiful beach and 10 min from Albufeira; great views of the sea, palms and adjacent whitewashed villas, particularly from fabulous upstairs deck; house and grounds beautifully designed and furnished with one exception (see below); kitchen very well equipped. Within few minutes' walk of tennis courts at Ponta Grande Resort. Cons: House is NOT winterized, no central heating and electrical room heaters are woefully inadequate; hot water is not reliable and rarely afforded hot showers; house sleeps 12 only counting downstairs bedrooms which are dungeon-like and accessed only from the exterior such that when the house is locked, downstairs occupants cannot gain entry; electrical load limit is inadequate (can not cook and heat the home at the same time) with frequent engagement of master circuit breaker; internet is unacceptably slow and unreliable. The security gate failed for most of the week but was repaired toward the end of our week's stay.
