Welcome to our charming Luca house in Puerto Alcudia, a paradise corner that combines the serenity of the natural environment with the comfort of a modern home. With captivating views of the mountain and the lake, our accommodation is strategically located just 500 meters from the beach, offering a unique relaxation experience and access to the wonders of the surroundings.



The jewel of our house is, without a doubt, the terrace that becomes a perfect refuge to enjoy the day or have a quiet dinner after exploring the nearby beaches. Equipped with a barbecue for outdoor culinary experiences, loungers for maximum relaxation, and a table with capacity for 5 people, the terrace becomes the epicenter of unforgettable moments. In addition, a hanging hammock adds a touch of luxury to immerse oneself in the serenity of the surroundings.



This two-story house has a modern and bright interior design. On the ground floor, the cozy living room has a satellite television for entertainment, and air conditioning to combat Mediterranean temperatures along with a dining table to share special moments. The kitchen, independent and modern, is a functional and well-lit space that invites culinary creation.



The accommodation consists of three comfortable rooms: a double room with a double bed and a private balcony with a table to enjoy the views, another room with a double bed and a third with two single beds. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans to ensure a cool and pleasant stay.

Two full bathrooms, one with a shower on the ground floor and another with a bathtub on the first floor, add comfort and functionality to the house.

Propriété très agréable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la propriété Luca, qui est conforme à la description qui en est faite. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les 2 terrasses extérieures. L'emplacement est idéal, vraiment proche de la plage à pied, et du centre d'Alcudia. Petit bémol avec le trafic sur le Boulevard en journée (mais on l'oublie) ainsi que sur la faible pression de l'eau dans les douches. Le gérant a été accommodant pour nous permettre de prendre possession de la location plus tôt que prévu. Nous avions dans la semaine oublié la clef de la porte à l'intérieur et il a été très réactif pour nous dépanner. Bref, un ébergement très confortable et pratique, que notre famille de 5 personnes (3 ados entre 1' et 17 ans) a beaucoup apprécié et recommande!

Schöne Ferienwohnung, leider etwas laut

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine günstige Lage nur eine Straße vom Strand entfernt, sie war sauber und ist voll ausgestattet. Im Bad waren Handtücher und Fön, in Küche Teller und Tassen im Überfluss, auch ein Toaster und eine Nespresso Maschinen waren vorhanden. Wir waren aber sehr erstaunt über zwei Überwachungskameras im Wohnzimmer und oberen Flur, das finde ich inakzeptabel und hätte ich gerne vorher gewusst. Wir mussten die beiden Kameras abdecken um uns wohl zu fühlen. Was man auf den Bildern nicht erkennt ist der Straßenlärm v.a. morgens und der modrige Geruch, der trotz permanenten Lüften nicht verflog. Ist wohl ein Problem der schlecht isolierten spanischen Ferienhäuser. Mit der Agentur lief alles reibungslos und unkompliziert, man sprach Spanisch, Englisch und Deutsch. Währen unseres Aufenthalts gab es eine (streng polizeilich kontrollierte) Ausgangssperre ab Punkt 23 Uhr. 80% der Gastronomie hatten geschlossen, die wenige geöffneten Restaurants schlossen um 22.30. Alcudia und auch viele andere Städte Mallorcas glichen abschnittsweise wie verlassene Geisterstädte aus dem Horrorfilm. Der große Vorteil aber..keine überfüllten Strände, keine Warteschlangen, keine Assitouristen! Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt, würden das nächste Mal aber generell eher eine andere Lokation in einem schöneren Teil Mallorcas (Osten oder Westen) bevorzugen.

schönes Haus - leider sehr laut

Das Haus liegt zwar nicht direkt an der Hauptstraße, ist aber sehr hellhörig. Damit hört den Straßenverkehr die ganze Nacht durch. Ansonsten ist das Haus in Ordnung.
