On the ground floor you will find a cozy living and dining area with direct access to the patio and pool, a fully equipped independent kitchen with access from the street, and a guest toilet with laundry area. A historic protected staircaseadds a unique architectural touch to the property.

Upstairs there are three bright bedrooms: a master bedroom with a spacious 2x2 m double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and another bedroom with double bed. There is also a full bathroom with bathtub. Two of the bedrooms overlook the patio and pool, creating a relaxing and cozy atmosphere.

The patio and covered terrace, sunny for most of the day, are equipped with sun loungers, garden furniture and a barbecue – perfect for enjoying long Mediterranean evenings outdoors.

The house is located just 1.5 km from the peaceful beach of Es Barcarèsand only a short drive from some of the most beautiful beaches in northern Mallorca.

Right outside the door you can explore the charming cobbled streets of Alcudia’s old town, famous for its medieval walls, local markets, excellent restaurants and lively atmosphere.
