Upon entering the house, you are greeted by a lovely terrace, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals in its cozy dining area, leading you to a comfortable living-dining room. This space is ideal for family time or for relaxing in front of the satellite TV from the comfort of the sofa.

The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a bright dining room with a sofa, a table for six people, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with direct views of Puerto de Alcudia beach. On the upper floor, there are three sun-filled bedrooms: the main bedroom with a double bed (150 cm x 190 cm) and a private terrace with sea views, the second bedroom with two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm), and the third bedroom with a bunk bed, perfect for children.

With a capacity for 6 people across its three spacious bedrooms, the house offers the option to add an extra bed for an additional cost. It is also equipped with an oven, a gas stove, and everything necessary to prepare delicious meals. There are two modern bathrooms, both with showers and toilets.

By car, within 5 km, you can reach other small, charming beaches, perfect for discovering more intimate spots. Among the nearby cultural attractions, you’ll find the Roman city of Pollentia, its Roman theater, and the medieval town of Alcudia with its historic walls. For nature lovers, the natural parks of S’Albufera and S’Albufereta are must-visits.
