Santa Maria - Luxurious country house with large pool and ping pong table in Mallorca
Santa Maria is a very comfortable country house with exquisite equipment and thus promises a fantastic holiday for up to 8 guests.
The house is very generous and spacious, the guests can take their space. It consists of 4 bedrooms, all with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom for optimal privacy. One bedroom is on the ground floor, the others are on the first floor. Apart from the en-suite bathrooms there is a WC. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything that is needed every day.
The house offers a living - dining room on the ground floor and another living room on the first floor.
The furniture is discreet, but tasteful and of high quality. All rooms are bright and equipped with air conditioning, in total there are 8 air conditioners. For this reason the villa is the perfect selection for any season.
The exteriors are impressive, too. Both the terrace and the porch are very spacious. They are furnished and clients can make themselves comfortable to enjoy barbecue delicacies and to enjoy a good Mallorcan wine. The garden is well-kept and has Mediterranean vegetation and trees that offer shade, so the children play on the lawn and are well entertained. The pool has amazing measurements, 10 x 5 m.
NEW: the house has a ping - pong table for the enjoyments of the guests
It should be emphasized the good location of the house. It is only 1 km to the to town of Alcúdia with the beautiful old town, where there are good restaurants and shops, and to the fine white sand beach it´s only 1.5 km. The port of Alcúdia is also very worth seeing, the promenade invites you to take a walk. Of course here there are many possibilities for water sports and boat trips to get to know the coast or Cap Formentor from the sea.
