Villa Can Soler is an attractive, traditional country villa set in extensive grounds; private and peaceful with fabulous views, but within easy reach of delightful old Pollensa town.
A gated driveway leads to the long covered terrace with comfy seating areas and tables plus a built-in barbecue, perfect for dining al fresco or simply relaxing. Adjacent is a large kidney shaped pool with a conveniently situated shower room.
A door from the terrace leads to the spacious, traditional kitchen with its marble work tops and separate pantry and fitted with fully modern appliances. A further door leads to the charming Mallorcan style lounge/dining room.
A hallway gives access to a double bedroom with ensuite shower, a twin bedded room and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have delightful views over the garden. Portable air-conditioning units are provided.
A flight of stairs leads up to the enormous sun terrace with 360 degree panoramic views of the mountains, countryside and bay. A dining table and chairs is positioned in a shaded area, and there is ample space for loungers. This is a magical place to watch the sun come up over the bay, bask in sunshine during the day, then watch the sun go down over the mountains – all in complete privacy. A separate utility room contains the washing machine and an additional fridge.
The pool is surrounded by a pretty garden full of mature trees, flowering shrubs and many types of palm. A gate leads to the productive vegetable patch, an orchard and a wild area – a perfect place for a picnic. Guests are invited to help themselves to ripe fruit.

Lovely but for the ants...
A beautiful location, but with beautiful flora and fauna come insects. We had a constant battle with the ants. The owner might wish to buy a couple of large plastic boxes that can be sealed. We found we had to stuff all the food into the fridge even the cereals.
The slightest crumb resulted in 1000's of ants.
There were 2 lovely wild kittens, we kind of adopted them I hope the next visitors feed them to.
It took us a few days to get used to the layout of the house. The washing machine is in a room on the roof. At night there is a lovely scented flower on the roof and the views are amazing.
The pool was perfect our kids now have so much confidence in the pool.
Finally if you want to eat out you are only 15 minutes from two excellent centers and fantastic child friendly beeches.

Our experience
the accommodation was pleasant, the communication with the staff was perfect when needed.
Unfortunately, the garden is a bit neglected.
The location of the accommodation is ideal, 10-15 minutes by car to the sandy beach and the city.

Rustikale Finca mit anspruchsvollem Garten, ruhig gelegen
Eine ruhig gelegene Finca, mit einem tollem Garten. Wir haben den Aufenthalt gut genossen. Ein kleines Manko: Mücken gab es einige. Da sollte man nicht empfindlich sein. Der Pool ist angenehm und unter den Bäumen fällt angenehmer Schatten. Die Poolreinigung fand nach Anfrage per Email statt. Die Inneneinrichtung ist rustikal. Die Gartenanlage hat viele verschieden Pflanzen, die automatisch bewässert werden. Die Pflege des Gartens könnte umfangreicher sein. Ich kann die Finca weiter empfehlen!

Tolles Haus
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Haus war sehr schön, sauber und gut eingerichtet. Sehr ruhige Umgebung. Fahrzeug nötig, da etwas abgelegen. Aber man ist sehr schnell in Pollenca oder Alcudia. .
