Villa Solfatara is ideally located just 100 meters from the beautiful sandy beaches of Playas de Muro. With artificial lawned areas great for kids, and the nature reserve just a minute away there is plenty to do around the villa.



The Space:

Villa Solfatara is beautifully situated just 100 meters from the stunning sandy beaches of Playas de Muro. The area is conveniently surrounded by numerous shops and restaurants, making it an ideal location for visitors. Additionally, Albufera Nature Park is less than 400 meters from the property.



While the villa is close to the beach, it also features a private pool for those desiring their own space, complete with a purpose-built BBQ and an alfresco dining area.



The villa accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, spread over two floors, with all bedrooms equipped with air conditioning.



On the ground floor, you will find 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, along with a fully equipped kitchen that has all the essentials for a relaxing holiday in Mallorca. The lounge/dining area includes comfortable seating, a dining table and chairs, satellite TV, and a DVD player.



On the first floor, accessed by a spiral staircase, there is a third bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony.



Included in the price: all utility bills, bed linen and bath towels; no pool/beach towels



Please note that there is a fully refundable security deposit of £500, which is to be held on credit card and will be released after your stay subject to no damage



Eco-tax is not included in the price and it works out at 2,20€ per person older than 16 for the first 8 days; after the 8th day it is 1,10€ for the remaining days (children under 16 do not pay)

Please note: In line with local energy saving incentives, all air conditioning units are on a timer and available up to 12 hours.

​Puerto Pollenca is known for its stunning award winning, family friendly beaches, and its famous seafront tree-lined Pinewalk. The villa is nestled between the Puerto Pollenca and Alcudia countryside. Pollenca Old Town is close too. The villa is a perfect central hub and there are lots of different things around for you to enjoy your holiday in close proximity to your villa.
