The staff was all incredibly polite and it felt genuine. It was clear that they are consistent in their training, from the security to the porters to the waitstaff. Everything was smooth and comfortable. The room had a beautiful view, and the beach was well-maintained.

An Unforgettable 21-Day Experience!

I recently completed a 21-day stay at Sunrise Alex Hotel, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and and the stunning views from my balcony were a delightful bonus. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. From the front desk to the restaurant, everyone was eager to assist and always greeted me with a smile. From start to finish our stay at the hotel was excellent. All staff were very professional and polite at all times. Nothing was to much trouble. Any little requests were dealt with promptly. The food was excellent. Breakfast had an excellent selection. We had food at both the restaurants in the evening and must say the pasta dishes were fabulous. The stay was superb, very nice view. The beach is so beautiful the swimming pool is very nice and always attended by a life guard. Imad and mahdy from reception made checkin and checkout very smooth and were available to answer all our questions.

Hotel was very nice, our room was beautiful. All staff were awesome other than the staff at Nasaya weren’t overly friendly or helpful. I would recommend staying at this Hotel during a stay in Alexandria. The view of the Mediterranean was incredible from our junior suite. Breakfast was very good also and had plenty of options. Sunrise is a good chain to trust here in Egypt.

This hands down, is the best hotel in Alexandria, service is impeccable, and rooms are comfortable and super clean. Staff all over, top-notch. Highly recommend staying there. The view of the sea is breathtaking.

This is the best hotel in Alexandria, the staff go above and beyond, to make your stay pleasant. Wonderful stay

We were so impressed with our stay. The reception was very welcoming and accommodating. Everyone is very friendly. Our room was ready early, was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast exceeded expectations. A full hot buffet! Restaurant staff were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to ensure we were well cared for. Can’t say enough.
