Sant Coste House, charming village house with pool and garden
Sant Cosme House is a charming village house located on a very quiet street in Pina, close to the centre of the village and its main services. Here you can enjoy a relaxing holiday with your family or friends in a very relaxing atmosphere.
Upon entering the house, you will find a pleasant and spacious living room with classic decor. From here, you have access to the dining room with a TV, with plenty of natural light, which connects to the kitchen, fully equipped and decorated in a typical Mallorcan style.
Going up the stairs from the dining room, on the mezzanine you will find a complete bathroom with a bathtub. On the first floor, there are two large bedrooms with two single beds each (to enter the back bedroom, you must pass through the first bedroom).
From the kitchen and dining room, you have access to the garden, which offers an above-ground swimming pool of good size with sunbeds next to it, a dining table with a barbecue nearby, perfect for enjoying meals and dinners outdoors. The garden is designed in a minimalist style and has lemon trees, rose bushes, several potted plants and a vineyard.
The patio has an outdoor bathroom with a shower, practical for a pool day, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dishwasher.
Sant Cosme House is equipped with WiFi, standing fans, a fully equipped kitchen ready for comfortable cooking: oven, refrigerator, small appliances, complete kitchenware and plenty of storage space; bed sheets and bath and pool towels, etc.
In the surroundings of the village, we find numerous archaeological remains: talayots and artificial caves. Just at the entrance of the village, there is the harmonious ensemble of the Pina fountain, a place in the dense shade of ivy, elms and poplars. You can also visit the Pina valley and the viewpoint, which is a beautiful valley crossed by a torrent that flows towards the Bay of Alcudia, nourished by waters from Randa and Montuïri.
Sant Cosme is located in the centre of the island, so you can reach any village, beach or place of interest in an accessible way. Muro Beach and Playa de Palma with their long seafront promenades with various restaurants, bars, shops, etc. are located 30 minutes by car. Palma de Mallorca with its shops, restaurants, historical and cultural heritage can also be reached in 30 minutes by car.
