Located just a few minutes from the centre of Alhaurín el Grande, this spacious rural house offers an ideal space for families or groups of up to 8 people. It has four bedrooms, distributed on the ground floor and first floor, where you will find comforts for everyone, including a ground floor bedroom with a double bed and three bedrooms on the upper floor: the main one with an en-suite bathroom and terrace, one with bunk bed and single bed, and another with two single beds and access to a shared terrace.



The accommodation, with 200 m², is very bright and offers views of the mountain and garden, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and juicer, ideal for preparing delicious family meals. The living-dining room is spacious and bright, with access to a terrace that borders two facades, perfect for lunching outdoors while watching the children in the pool.



The private swimming pool, located on a lower level and surrounded by hedges for greater privacy, is surrounded by natural grass with outdoor furniture and eight sun loungers to enjoy the sun with total comfort. In addition, the garden and the three terraces offer multiple spaces to rest, read or share unique moments. The house has air conditioning, central heating, wifi connection and Smart-TV for entertainment.



For safety and comfort, the house has a professional alarm system and private outdoor parking for two cars within the fenced plot, although access is via a narrow street where it is recommended to park in reverse.



The location is ideal, a few kilometers from supermarkets, restaurants, golf courses and close to multiple tourist attractions and beaches of the Costa del Sol, such as Fuengirola or Marbella, as well as water parks and the AVE María Zambrano station. It is a strategic point to explore Málaga and its surroundings.
