A charming, spacious 2-bedroom vacation house in the small, quiet residencial community Arroyo Marinos in Almunecar, in 5 minutes walking distance from beaches and a promenade with restaurants and bars as well as shops. The gated urbanization with private street and private tropical garden is a real hideaway. The townhouses in andalusian style have sea and mountain views as well as on the city center and a famous view point Penon del Santo. The shared garden area surrounds a picturesque lakeshaped pool.
The apartment is located in the middle of the residencial area Arroyo Marinos, partial on the ground floor. On the ground floor there is a large, open terrace connected with salon and kitchen. There is also a second semi-patio terrace. Ground floor host also a bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor you will find 2 bedrooms with a large balcony and a second bathroom. The living room with dining area, equipped with TV, a desk for work, sofa-bed (sleeps 2 additional persons if required).
A parking place is just at the door, under the terrace. Children can enjoy a small communal playground, there is also shared tennis/paddle court.
The access to the houses on upper and lower part of the estate is facilitated by the external lifts beside the stairs. Parents with strollers and the elderly will certainly appreciate it.
