This is a stunning 3 bedroom villa in the pretty urbanisation of Las Palomas just 1000 metres from the beach of La Herradura.



The villa has been beautifully renovated to a very high standard with a brand new modern kitchen and tasteful furniture throughout.



There is a large open plan living area with steps up to the kitchen and doors out to the terrace and swimming pool. There is a master bedroom with en-suite and two further bedrooms with a very large shared shower room.



Guests also have access to the terrace upstairs with dining area, perfect for enjoying the views over the pool and garden and of the sea beyond.



The villa has air conditioning throughout, wifi and television.



The urbanisation of Las Palomas has a large public swimming pool with restaurant, together with a gymnasium, tennis court and pádel club. There is also a further cafe/bar alongside the tennis court.



The upper part of the building is not accessible to guests.

Very nice place

The outdoor area was perfect for us. Lots of sun but with the possibility to be in the shade under the tree on the terrasse. The pool had a good size and was very clean. The walk to the beach and city is about 25 min. downhill. The house is placed high on the hill and has a great view. The indoors was also very clean and with plenty of room for the 5 of us. We had a bit of trouble with the aircondition in the rooms but finally got them working properly. An instruction for this would be a good idea.
