This house or detached villa recently built (2021) on one floor very bright just for you to rest and relax, has private pool, with terrace of 350 m2, with beautiful sea and mountain views, in a natural environment, modern, comfortable and bright inside, has a few exteriors surrounded by large terraces, has a rectangular pool (4x6m, 120-145 cm depth) has 3 bedrooms with direct access to the pool and great views with large windows, all bedrooms have smart tv and electric blinds where every morning you can wake up with wonderful views, 3 beds of 150cm-190cm length, well equipped kitchen with american fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, freezer, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, iron, living room with digital TV with international channels, new furniture, air conditioning with hot and cold pump in all bedrooms and in the living room, wifi, barbecue, Alexa, table football, pool table, board games, badminton game, ping-pong table, Balinese bed on terrace, etc..., It is located just 15 minutes from the beautiful town of La Herradura, the road is paved, there is only 350 m of dirt road before reaching the house, South facing with sun all day, charming sloping roof, swimming pool with night lights of various colors, sun loungers, hammocks, etc...
