The room itself was fine but expected a little better based on the reviews. My visitor ended up staying with me because the air conditioning was not very good in the room and it stayed humid. The staff was nice enough and as accommodating as they could be. The area of the hotel was a bit inconvenient to stay in Vicenza due to construction and traffic.

Pas de climatisation malgré ce qui est indiqué

En pleine canicule, mon seul critère de réservation pour un hôtel sur la route de Venise était la climatisation. Nous sommes arrivés vers 23 heures et pas de chance, elle ne fonctionnait pas dans aucune des 2 chambres réservées et il faisait plus de 30 degrés dans la chambre ! Impossible de dormir dans ces conditions.Payer 176 euro pour finir la nuit dans la voiture avec la clim, je trouve que c'est trop !

Sofrível. O quarto apesar de limpo e renovado, tinha roupas de cama ásperas, travesseiros desconfortáveis, ar condicionado não funciona e praticamente tivemos que dormir de janela aberta, com um barulho horrível da parte externa. Ou era isso ou dormir em uma sauna. Não condiz com a classificação 4 estrelas.
