Good hotel fairly close to airport

Nice hotel. Took the shuttle bus which took around 15-20 mins. It’s free on the way there but €5 on the way back. You buy a ticket from the basement of the hotel before getting on the bus. Took the first bus back to the hotel starting from 6am. The bar was nice and fairly priced. Staff excellent. The self service ship had a good range of sandwiches, drinks and snacks. Very good overall.

Arrived and as told no room was available…. Then told they can “upgrade” us.. they put us in a downgraded room that was absolutely filthy. The toilet had urine stains, counter had food crumbs, floor was dusty, mirror laying against a wall.
