The rooms are always clean and lovely. I did book a room with a view and since my room was on the third floor and overlooking a roof, it didn’t really have a park view. But otherwise my stay was great.

My son got very sick the last night of our trip. The hotel staff went above and beyond with accommodating our needs. They had to do a lot of extra cleaning because of my son’s illness and probably dreaded answering the phone every time I called. But they never showed the slightest frustration and were very helpful. I was beyond grateful for the hotel’s excellent service in a very stressful situation.

The hotel is nice and close to the park. For the price I would stay somewhere cheaper and use the money towards something else. The comforter was really nice and heavy. Staff very polite and free water bottles.

My partner and I were celebrating an anniversary and they were so nice to upgrade our room to overlook Disneyland parks. We saw the fireworks! So magical! The rooms are spacious, clean, and the bed is so relaxing. The pillows were a little soft but we asked for firmer one and they were provided. It is on the pricey side BUT the location and hotel make it so worth it. We will be back soon!!
