Great and elegant villa in Andratx, surrounded by mountains and forest, and with private swimming pool. It can accommodate 10 people.
Get ready to enjoy your vacation in a Mallorcan style within a quiet and completely natural environment. The chlorine pool is in a great terrace on the lowest level of the property after some steps. It sizes 9 x 4.5 metres and its water depth goes from 1 to 2.1 metres. The pool is surrounded by 10 sun loungers where you can sunbathe. Keep in mind that it is only available from 1st April to 31st October. You can cook the delicious family meals on the barbecue and enjoy them at the terrace alfresco, the perfect scenery for a long banquet. The porch, however, is cosier and more intimate, where you can read a book or chat with your loved ones while admiring the views to the town. The property is fenced and there are no neighbours around.

The house comprises two floors and each of the rooms is decorated in the typical Mallorcan warmth. On the main floor, you can lie on the sofa of the living room and watch the TV-Sat, enjoying the charm of the fireplace when it's cold outside. The dining room has a great wooden table and majestic chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob as well as all needed utensils to cook your best recipes. In addition, the laundry provides you with a washing machine, a dryer, the vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board; it is in the terrace. Then you gain access to a bedroom with two twin beds, closet and space for baby cot. The high chair also is available. Going upstairs you find 4 more bedrooms, 3 of them with a closet. Two have a double bed and the other two have two single beds. One of the double bed dormitories also has an en-suite bathroom with a tub. And there are two more bathrooms on this floor, one with a shower and the other with a tub. The house is equipped with oil central heating and we can prepare up to 6 fans for the summer.

This villa is perfect for those in search of peace and total disconnection, although it still is near the town that offers all needed services. In fact, Andratx, with all its bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops is only 3.6 km away. As this is a mountainous and forest area, you can make wonderful excursions both on foot and by bicycle or even skirt the coast by car visiting lovely villages like Sóller, Deià or Valldemossa. The nearest sandy beach is in Sant Elm, about 12 km away and if you love playing golf, the nearest course is in Santa Ponsa, about 9 km away.

Can Pere Vell

We had a lovely stay at Can Pere Vell. The property is in a spectacular setting with views down to Port Andratx. The facilities at the property were good and the pool was excellent. A car is essential to access the property and explore the local area. We enjoyed visiting Valledemossa, Soller and Palma. We also spent a couple of days on the lovely beach at St Elm and had a couple of meals out in Port Andratx. The Mercadona at Andratx was great for shopping. The only challenge was the heat at night although the fans helped. We would happily recommend the property.

Can pere vell, ein tolles Haus

Über kurvige Straßen kommt man zum sehr schön gelegenen Haus am Berg. Es hat alles gepasst, die Küche ist top ausgestattet( vorallem der Kühlschrank 😉), im Eingangsbereich waren mediz. Masken, Handdesinfektionsmittel. und ein Klavier, Waschmaschine und Trockner funktionierten einwandfrei. Die Schlafzimmer waren ausreichend für den Zweck, die Betten sehr gut. Die Badezimmer und WC's im OG. waren gut, die Heizung funktionierte einwandfrei. Im Wohnzimmer haben wir uns nicht oft aufgehalten, wir haben abends lieber bei Gesellschaftsspielen am großen Esstisch gesessen oder auf der Terrasse den Sonnenuntergang mit Sicht über den Port Antrax bis nach Ibiza genossen. Kommen Sie doch einfach vorbei und erleben sie can pere vell auf Ihre eigene Art.
