It needed some updates and some cosmetic help but the bed was comfortable, the sheet's were clean and smelled fresh, it was quite during the night so for the money i feel it was a good stay. Its not the Hilton but fine for a night at a good price.

the toilet in my room began just after midnight to automtic flush every 45 sec to a minute. I could not switch it off. Nor did I get much sleep. I reported this s prt of checking out.

The room and surrounding property were clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly, and even called me to make sure my room was okay! There's also a decent grocery store close by and Panera is right next to the building. All in all this place was great, if you're staying in Ann Arbor I' recommend this place.
