La vivienda de 220 m² (1.200 m² incluyendo el exterior) dispone de salón con sofá cama para 2 personas, cocina totalmente equipada, 3 dormitorios (las camas dobles principales miden 1,8 x 2 m) y 3 baños, por lo que puede alojar a 6 adultos y 2 bebés.
