This cosy Andalusian farmhouse, perfect for families and groups of up to 14 people, offers a unique experience of tranquillity and contact with nature. Located 11 km from Villanueva del Rosario, the accommodation is situated in a rural setting with spectacular mountain views and no light pollution, ideal for relaxing and contemplating starry skies Access includes a comfortable paved road and the last 2 km on an unpaved rural road, easy to drive and safe.



The 310 m² estate has 5 bedrooms, distributed across two floors and an independent bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, ideal for couples with babies. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds and another exterior bedroom with a single bed and a fixed cot, while on the upper floor, accessible via wide and safe stairs, there are two bedrooms with multiple single beds, perfect for children or teenagers



The interior stands out for a spacious living room with a fireplace for cosy family gatherings and an independent kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, complete utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer to facilitate your meals. Additionally, it has a rural internet connection for basic use.



Outdoors, the property offers a garden with outdoor furniture, ping pong table, foosball, darts, barbecue and a private fibreglass pool (3x5 metres), perfect for relaxing and sunbathing under the trees It also has two inner courtyards: one at the entrance and another accessible from the kitchen, ideal for picnics or barbecues with a covered area to protect from sun or night humidity, as well as a 50-litre beer barrel that can be hired upon arrival (at an additional cost).



Located in a rural and safe area, the farmhouse is close to essential services in Villanueva del Rosario, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants Additionally, the location is strategic for visiting nearby cultural and natural points of interest: The Alhambra in Granada (1h 10min), Sierra Nevada (1h 30min), Antequera and El Torcal (30-40 min), Fuentepiedra Lagoon for flamingo watching, as well as Málaga and its museums just 50 km away



During the stay, a caretaker will be available to help with check-in and resolve minor incidents, as well as ensuring compliance with the house rules.
