Huoneisto Las Flores sijaitsee noin 490 metrin päässä kauniilta rannalta. Hiljaisen, mutta keskeisen sijainnin ansiosta pääset helposti kaikkiin jalkain. Lähistöllä on lukuisia ravintoloita, kahviloita, supermarketteja ja kauppoja.

Huoneistossa on kaunis parveke uima-altaalla. Voit nauttia aamiaisen parvekkeella yhdessä aamulla ja nauttia auringosta. Huoneisto on hyvin moderni. Olohuoneessa on mukava vuodesohva ja nukkuu 2 henkilöä. Siellä on myös taulutelevisio, internet Wi-Fi: n kautta ja stereot.

Moderni keittiö on täysin varustettu uuni, keraaminen liesi, jääkaappi-pakastin, mikroaaltouuni, vedenkeitin, leivänpaahdin ja kahvinkeitin.
Makuuhuoneessa on mukava sänky, jossa on kaksi erillistä patjaa (0,90 x 2,00 m).

Monimutkainen allas on järjestetty ympyrän läpi koko asunnon monimutkainen, erittäin kaunis siltojen ja vesiputouksia.

Apartment is in a perfect location , loads of bars restaurants and 10 minutes walk to the beach , will visit again but some constructive criticism might be to add some softer lighting like bedside table lights in bedroom a table lamp in the living area , possibly a mirror in the bedroom and one in the living area , skirting board needs attention , but all in all location makes up for small improvements needed.

Für Langzeiturlaub nicht geeignet

Appartment war mangelhaft: keine Ersatzbettwäsche, Handtücher, Liegetücher. Keine deutschen TV-Programme,Kaffeemaschine verrostet, keine Toilettenbürste, Couch total zerschlissen, Duschschlauchhalter lose. Unerträgliche nächtliche Ruhestörungen durch andere Urlauber. Ganze Anlage extrem hellhörig. Nach erfolgter Reklamation an FeWo-direkt wurde nach 14 Tagen eine TV-Box installiert und dann konnte man endlich deutsche Programme empfangen. Ersatzbettwäsche und Handtücher wurden innerhalb von 1-3 Wochen gebracht. Toilettenbürste haben wir selbst gekauft! Kaffeemaschine wurde ausgetauscht. Appartment verfügt über keine Markise oder Sonnenschirm auf Terrasse entgegen den anderen Wohnungen. Aufgrund der massiven nächtlichen Lärmbelastungen war während des gesamten 6-wöchigen Aufenthalts keine erholsame Nachtruhe möglich! Unser Fazit: Nie wieder in diese Anlage und in dieses Appartment. Es ist absolut für einen Langzeiturlaub ungeeignet und niemand zu empfehlen! FeWo-direkt sollte es aus seinem Angebots- und Vermietprogramm entfernen, um seine Reputation nicht zu verlieren.

Lovely complex lovely apartment

5th - 26th August 2922 Had a lovely stay at Svens apartment. It is in a great location on the complex. The complex itself is beautiful with a lovely pool anfpd sunbathing areas. Ideal for quiet nights in or out and sunny days. Overlooking the pool it is a very tranquil apartment. All mod cons, and everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Booking and communication were easy and check in was fine meeting an on island rep, for key and showing around. If you want to cook you can but there are excellent facilities nearby including a shop, an ATM, pub and restaurants galore and the complex even now has a barber shop. All ideal. Great for visiting other parts of the island with transport good and plentiful. Siam Mall and park are just a stones throw away. Lovely walks nearby and plenty of supermarkrpets close by. Loads of evening entertainment available in close range. China Garden just outside complex great for sit in or take away, the whiskey jar , pub upstairs, outside of complex, and has nightly entertainment. Paddy Okellys down street or the chieftain are good for breakfasts and evening entertainment. All in all , a great stay and would thouroughly recommend. Have emailed Sven personally about a few observations and he has promised to consider these to make future bookings easier and the apartment even more appealing. Look forward to my next stay Thanks

Fraud

The landlord overbooks the apartment so that it is rented out when one arrives. They find another apartment far away from its original location. We received confirmation that the payment of the apartment and confirmation of our flight arrival were ok. After providing information that you do not want to live in the apartment they find and ask where to put the key, it is impossible to get your money back. They say you've never checked out of the new apartment. One should avoid booking apartments where Sven Kramer is responsible. Then you can end up in a completely different location than you have ordered and not get your money back.

We didn’t get off to a great start.

I will start with the not so good but please read to the end. I was given a number to ring when we landed. I rang was told call back when we got our luggage . I did then was told to ring when in the taxi again we did. We arrived called again was told 10 mins. Can you guess what happened next??? Yes called again, was told he was on his was. We rang back AGAIN, we was told go get a drink and they will pay for it. We got a drink from the pool bar and waited in reception. Ok finally we are in apartment, as he was showing us round he got to the washing machine and said this doesn’t work. Now we was staying 1 month so this needs to work. 11 days later after being told several times, TOMORROW it arrived We had to go to the laundrette on site a few times. Last moan, the pool has never seen heated it is freezing, the above is the down side. The apartment is beautiful very modern and very clean. Bar on the complex is lovely nice food and lovely staff. 24 hour shop on site the best chinese right. next to the main doors of the complex. We was there 4 weeks so spent time in the apartment it is a home from home. After the bad start we had a wonderful time and would stay there again. It would of been nice if they did pay for the drinks we was offered and rein bursted us for the money spent in laundrette. Tracey & Steve England .

Very good!

It's a very nice and modern appartment. When we arrived everything was clean and set up. You can go to the beach and the clubs within a 5 minute walk. All of us had a pleasant stay.! Would recommend.

Would return but things need changing

It is a quiet location as we are situated at the back of the complex in the inner circle of apartments so you don't hear a thing from the main road or the strip club that is there either. Staff are friendly and there is a very small shop either side of the entrance, however there is plenty of shops nearby! We rented privately with a guy called Sven through Home Away and can't fault him he was amazing with information and super friendly! The room initially was amazing when we first started to look around but once we walked into the bedroom with Sven's associate we noticed the room was not ready for us. There was small bugs in the bathroom and kitchen in corners and we have had to get rid of 7 cockroaches! They have all appeared from the bathroom when using the washing machine. Granted this can't be helped but does need looking into. Also had to wait 45 minutes for someone to come and let us in the room, you would think that after giving flight details and landing times etc someone should be waiting for us. Some information would be nice to like where the rubbish goes and have fresh towels sent by as we had to rewash the towels we had already. I have never had to do this before in the other 13 times i have stayed privately in Tenerife. Overall this room is amazing for a couple's getaway and would've gave it 5 stars if the minor things was sorted before arriving. We will be returning in the future!
