This manorial house has 260 square meters of living space spread over two floors. The garden has been renovated with great attention to detail so that our guests can enjoy a wonderful, relaxing time. The village of Artà is less than 2 km away.

The bright living-dining room is functionally furnished with satellite TV, WiFi and with direct access to the beautiful terrace. Two of the five bedrooms are on the ground floor. Then on the first floor the remaining three bedrooms and a large balcony. The house has a total of three bathrooms, all with a bathtub. The pretty kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The real highlight of the house is the garden! A 9 meter x 5 meter pool with sufficient loungers, a large 70sqm pool terrace, two further terraces with seating. A fixed grill, as well as a mobile grill, perfect for summer evenings! Under the pergla with the cozy garden armchairs you can enjoy the hours of sunshine. A functional, yet cozy house with lots of garden and enough space! The charming village of Artà is only 1.5 km away, enough shops and restaurants can be reached quickly, golf lovers only have to drive 6 km, and above all the beautiful beaches on the north-east coast are all nearby!
