In a valley not far from the small town of Artà you will find the natural stone finca Es Pinaro Sanso, which is quietly situated between gentle hills and lush vegetation on a 7,109 m², completely enclosed property. The beautiful Finca, which combines rustic charm with modern comfort, has a living-dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and therefore can accommodate 4 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, fans, a fireplace, satellite TV, a baby bed and a high chair. A relaxed holiday atmosphere awaits you in the outdoor area, which offers a high level of privacy and is covered with lush vegetation. Whether on the partially covered veranda, the covered barbecue area or the 32 m² private pool - here you will find a variety of seating and comfortable lounge furniture under shady parasols. Prepare fresh meals in the open air or relax on the sun loungers. From the roof terrace you have a breathtaking view of the Parc natural de la península de Llevant and Artà. Here the stress of everyday life is quickly forgotten! To Artà, where you will find a supermarket as well as pretty cafés and restaurants, it is a 20-minute walk or a 10-minute drive.

Wunderbar!

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Finca war wirklich beeindruckend schön. Das Haus ist hell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, überwiegend mit Naturmaterialien, sodass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Auffällig war auch, dass alles wirklich absolut sauber und rein war. Der Garten ist hübsch angelegt, die Palmen und der Pool haben besonders den Kindern super gefallen, praktisch war für uns die Aussenküche, sodass wir die Kinder immer im Blick haben konnten beim Baden. Die Lage in dem alten Olivenhain ist perfekt um Ruhe und schöne Aussicht zu genießen, lange Wege für Abendspaziergänge im Sonnenuntergang oder in die schöne Stadt Artà sind auch gut möglich. In 20 Minuten waren wir mit dem Auto an verschiedenen Stränden, in 50 Minuten in Palma. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war freundlich und problemlos, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt, es war zu merken, dass sie ihren Gästen den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich gestalten möchten. Alles in allem waren wir so begeistert, dass wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier Urlaub machen werden.

Wunderschöne Zeit!

Die Finca liegt etwas außerhalb von Arta, man ist zu Fuß in 15 Minuten im Ort, mit dem Auto ist es nicht so viel schneller. Die Lage ist schwer zu übertreffen. Vom Grundstück aus blickt man auf die Burg von Arta, alles ringsum ist gesäumt von Grün und Olivenbäumen. Für die Außenanlage reichen 5 Sterne eigentlich nicht aus. Es gibt diverse Sitzgelegenheiten, jede wird einer anderen Anforderung gerecht. Direkt am Haus gibt es eine Terrasse mit einem großen Tisch und Sonnensegel. Am Eingang ist ebenfalls einen kleine Sitzgelegenheit (Morgensonne!) Im Pollbereich gibt es eine Lounge, die vor allem abends zum Verweilen einlädt. Im Anschluss daran steht die Außenküche (toller Holzgrill mit Kühlschrank, Spüle und Geschirr) mit einer überdachten Sitzgruppe. Der Garten ist eingesäumt von altem Baumbestand und Palmen, der Pool hat eine gute Größe. Rund rum ist es total ruhig, man hört nur Hühner, den Nachbaresel, der immer mal wieder an sich erinnert, und gelegentliches Hundegebell und Vögel. Kein Autolärm! Das Haus selbst ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, wird aber nach Auskunft der Eigentümerin ab November renoviert. Die Schlafzimmer sind eher klein, in einem hat nicht einmal ein zweiter Nachttisch Platz. Die Koffer haben wir im -ausreichend großen- offenen Wohn-Ess-Küchenbereich abgestellt. Die zwei Bäder sind auch eher klein, ist aber kein Problem. Die Kaffeemaschine gehört dringend ausgetauscht (vielleicht reicht auch einfach entkalken, es dauerte 45 Minuten bis deine ganze Kanne durch war), bei Teilen des Geschirrs wären ein paar Teile mehr nicht schlecht (z.B. Weingläser). Wir waren 11 Tage auf der Finca, nach einer Woche gab es neue Handtücher und eine Wechsel der Bettwäsche. Eine kleine Grundreinigung z.B. des Bades hätte uns da auch noch gefreut. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, konnten uns aber aufgrund des schönen Wetters auch immer im Freien aufhalten. Ich denke nach der Renovierung hat das Objekt auch den nötigen Wohlfühlcharakter für die kühlere Jahreszeit. Durch die Renovierung soll das Haus auch eine AC erhalten. Wir hatten zwei wirklich sehr heiße Tage und vor allem Nächte und da hätten wir diese zu schätzen gewusst. Bei "normalen" Temperaturen ist eine AC aber eigentlich gar nicht nötig. Alles in allem hatten wir eine wunderschöne Zeit in einer Finca, die schöner nicht liegen könnte, mit einem Außenbereich der schöner nicht sein könnte und einen Haus das nach der Renovierung wohl fast perfekt sein wird.
