The good: cookies at the front desk, coffee and tea station in the lobby. Quiet. The bad: Dirty! The room seemed grimy, mildew in the bathroom, greasy carpet. Common areas were dirty too, trash in the hall. The hot tub was green. I expect more from this hotel brand.

Room was very dirty. Vomit on sofa, trash in the couch and a plastic bag hanging inside the couch cushion. I tried to switch rooms but there were none available. Lobby couch in dining room had duck tape holding it together. Housekeeping never happened because they were short staff. I had to clean my own room. Dressers wouldn't close. This place was horrible

Floor was wet with some orange colored stuff. No soap in the shower. Was told that we could take the shuttle to dinner. But an hour later at 7 pm was told sorry the did not have a shuttle for the evening. So we lost our reservation. The check-in was good and fast. So a positive there.

We tried calling for the airport shuttle for about an hour with no one answering the phone. When we arrived at the property, there was no one at the desk. They sauntered back about 15 minutes after we arrived and there was a line of guests ready to check in. Aside from that, the stay was as expected.

The staff were very nice, and the breakfast was good. Our first room the AC was broken and had to request someone to look twice before it was checked. They couldn’t fix it but did move us to another room. The carpets and walls were stained and dirty, but the bed was comfortable.

Room had no heat, when i asked for help with it the employees acted as if i was an idiot. Note, i am HVAC certified. Was told they would comp the room, didnt follow through. Still had to pay and delt with a freezing room.
