The property is outdated. The reason I choose this hotel was for the indoor pool. The property is under renovation and the pools was under construction, but there was nothing mentioned about this when I booked the hotel. The breakfast was horrible and the wallpaper was coming down in the room. Since I didn’t have a car I couldn’t check other hotels.

Didn't get a cookie upon arrival. Breakfast often ran out of hot food, yogurt and coffee and was slow to be replaced or not refilled at all. Pool was under construction and I was told it would be finished in 5-6 months. Someone else had left their clothing in the room which means it was not checked by cleaning staff.

This is a decent hotel for the price. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Free overnight parking. Good breakfast - also free. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. This hotel has some signs of its age, but it’s still a good value compared to other hotels in the area. My wife and i will continue to stay here before an early morning flight.

Dirty carpets in hallways and stairs. Curtain in my room was ripped so I couldn’t close all the way. I saw a big cockroach when I went to get ice from the ice machine. A man yelling and swearing was escorted out and away from the hotel by police on my second day. Will never stay nor recommend this property

Room smelled like smoke when we first arrived. It wasn't suffocating so I didn't have to change rooms. Front desk lady did her best to get us in a room because they canceled our previous room. I was under the impression we wouldn't be charged until we checked in , but she explained they do a pre authorization before we arrive. Guess what my card was locked. I appreciate her so much. We didn't get to eat breakfast because they start at 6am but that bacon smell was music to my nose. Beds were comfortable and would definitely return.

The room was very dirty I had to go to the front desk to ask for someone to clean the bathroom that had so much grime and hair in it! I was told that the staff was gone already and they gave me clorox wipes to clean it myself! I want a refund!!

A very dirty room. It appeared as though the carpet had not been cleaned in some time. Marks all over the walls and door. The hallway and stairs to our floor were filthy as well. Sheets on one bed appeared to not have been changed prior to our arrival. Bathroom not clean as there was hair in various spots. Towels also had bits of hair in them. We attempted to stay somewhere else for the night, but were unable to find anything at that hour. We did speak to the management, but they did not respond to our complaint other than giving us new towels and sheets. The towels they provided were full of holes and small particles of hair. We will not be staying at this location again and would not recommend to others.

Lovely hotel. Housekeeping for room 304 was extremely sweet and front desk staff provided continental breakfast to go for guests leaving before hot breakfast began at 7 am per request.
