Don’t rely on their shuttle

It was a nice place to stay, there was snow when I went there, and I requested a shuttle to get me from the airport. I was waiting almost an hour in the cold and the shuttle never came and they never told me it wouldn’t. Another kind hotel driver took me there. The day before I asked again if they could take me the next day. They said yes. Then when they day OF came, I asked AGAIN and I was told the shuttle didn’t work before 12pm. Why wasn’t I told this the day before when I asked? I specifically booked this hotel because it had a shuttle, but I should’ve gone elsewhere because everyone else’s was running smoothly. Just disappointing. Everything else was fine though. Small hotel.

I have actually tried to contact you. After driving 2.5 hrs and being exhausted after a very long day They gave me a room with someone else’s things in it. I told front desk who had told me he was new earlier- he said it wasn’t his fault- eventually gave me another room which was dirty. Again employee said not his fault. I contacted choice hotels but they said couldn’t do anything bc I booked thru third party.. you.. and couldn’t figure out how to contact you. My reservation was cancelled leaving me in a mess. The room he moved me to was old stale and musty and smelled like someone had just smoked in there with trash on the sofa and floor. Again.. employee says not his fault. I’m in Nashville now on vacation but will be home after this Sunday and would love to speak with someone. Not impressed and I’ve stayed at this place many times but this was too much.

Accessible but not the cleanest

It is a convenient hotel as it is near the airport and right off the interstate. Front desk receptionist was very kind and housekeeper on third floor as well. However, the room needed to be cleaned better. The shower had a hair in it from the last occupant. The sheets and pillowcases were dirty. The remote had food stuck in the buttons. It was obvious the bed linens had not been changed out. The couch was horribly dirty. I put a blanket down so that my kids could sit on it. The bathroom was updated, but the rest of the room was very outdated and overall needs an extreme deep cleaning. On the plus side, continental breakfast was available and there is no parking fee or security deposit.
