Clean room, peace and quiet area, staff was great and didnt seem annoyed anytime they were with a customer. The breakfast selection was also nice. I liked having the option of being able to sit and eat next to their fireplace as well. Close to so many food options as well, that the front desk was nice enough to give a list of places that deliver or are just nearby. Would stay again.

Front desk service was a little rude, and they did not share that their pool area was closed until after we arrived. There were no trash bags in my trash cans. My beds were hard. I had to clean my toilets and I say that because I have two rooms our mini fridges did not have work. They did not want to keep our beverages cold. The house came in, was extremely nice and very helpful. I wanna give up a shout out to this housekeeping they deserve 10 stars Night Shift staff gets one star for rudeness day ship staff.

Staff: Absolutely superb, 10/10, not a single miss. Every person we interacted with was great Facility: No. Can’t recommend. Desperately needs a renovation. Dingy lights, drop ceilings with water stains, rusted pipes under the sink, popcorn ceilings in the room, stained rugs. It looks like there was an attempt to give this hotel a fresh look with new paint, but whoever did it had no training whatsoever and you can find smears everywhere. The place looks like it’s never been renovated since it was built in the 80s. We must’ve gone in a bad day because it also smelled like smoke (weed and cigarettes). Amenities: No. The gym is two treadmills and a couple of weights—just 3 people in there is a crowd. Breakfast: You’ll want to stick to the muffins. The other options don’t inspire trust Needs new furniture, brighter lights, better maintenance, better breakfast options by an actual catering crew. And a fresh new coat of paint, urgently In reality this is a 1 to 2-star hotel masquerading as a 3-star. $90+ per night is absolutely too high.

This is a decent hotel for the price, with a convenient location. That said, I don’t know how this rates as a 9.2 on reviews. The good: it is reasonably clean and quiet, and the AC works great. Staff is friendly and helpful. Not so good: it’s dated and needs a facelift; there is mold in the bathroom, no outlet on one side of the bed, and the door lets in a ton of light even when closed. Breakfast was average at best - nothing really fresh like fruit. Bottom line - it’s what I would expect for the price, but definitely not “exceptional.”

Everyone working was so kind ! Indoor pool and hot tub were great temperatures, even with the cold weather. Great location ! There was a slight mildew smell in my room, but that was the only negative from my whole weekend in Atlanta !
