The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, which is great for travel — but unfortunately, the constant airplane noise made it difficult to rest. More importantly, there was a safety concern in the bathroom. The grab bar in the shower was installed vertically. My husband slipped while trying to hold it with wet hands and fell. Thankfully, he wasn’t seriously injured, but it could have been worse. We suggested at checkout that the hotel consider installing horizontal or angled grab bars for better grip and safety. However, the front desk staff simply said it wasn’t their responsibility and didn’t offer to pass the message to management. There was also no concern shown for my husband’s fall, which was disappointing. We weren’t asking for anything — just hoping our feedback could help prevent similar accidents. I sincerely hope the hotel takes guest safety and feedback more seriously in the future.

The front desk person was very unprofessional, poorly dressed (not wearing a bra & not good). She was rude and seemed put out and she had to work. It was very late so we were tired. The room was NOT, but as I stated it was very late and we had an early flight or we would have tried to find a cleaner and more inviting place to stay. Definitely will not recommend this hotel. Very disappointed.

Great staff, good breakfast, very clean. Only negative is that I checked out on 10/5/25 and today is 10/16/25 and still waiting for them to release the $$ hold and refund the amount on my debit card. Few weeks ago I stayed at another Marriott and the $$ was refunded to my debit card two days after my check out. I hate having to chase this.
