Before we left the hotel day 2 of a 3 day stay—-they promised a refresh of the room. It’s the worse feeling when you come back at 8pm and it wasn’t done. Very disappointing. And shows the lack of discipline of the staff.

Great Overall

Everything about this hotel was great. Great service, staff, breakfast, rooms and location! My children also enjoyed the stay. There is really nothing to complain about. I travel a lot for work and it’s not always easy to find a great hotel. Rooms were clean and quiet. We never had an issue with getting service from housekeeping when needed. Safe and walkable location with lots of food choices and a Walmart close by.

We stayed one night for a volleyball tournament. The suite was spacious, clean, and cozy. The bathroom was huge! All the staff we encountered were very kind and helpful! They had a variety of food for breakfast. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it!

Somewhat Disappointing

My wife had stayed a this hotel a few times before, and thought it was a very good place to stay. This time we felt that the overall quality had gone down. It began with the fact that it took us almost 10 minutes to locate the check-in clerk. In the room, there were some indications of deferred maintenance. Finally, the breakfast was not as good as before. Since the price of the room went up 40% compared to our last visit, it hardly was a good value.

This property was good. The beds were clean but the carpets were dirty. The staff was nice but not overly welcoming. Overall convenient location and clean beds.
