The first room i had was horrible it had no air, no tv, no phone. Water came out black. Spider in the bathroom. The shower was not clean. It took two days before i could get a room because their system was down. It took the Engineer Augustus and Nicole the manager to get stuff done.

First our reservation made months prior didn’t matter the property I booked was full with no vacancy so I was given a room at their crowne plaza location. The room was barren with 2 beds a dresser missing drawers and a desk nothing else. On top of that there were wires hanging out of the wall where the thermostat should be. Asked for a second room and it smelled like mildew and had a soaking wet carpet. The other room we were given was occupied so had to get a new room and that one had a leak with no thermostat. At this point we just need a place to sleep other than our car so we reluctantly stuck with our less than desirable rooms.

There was a bug in my children’s bed, with small granules. Indicating the bedding hadn’t been changed. The blankets were stained. There were handprints on the headboard. The complimentary coffee wasn’t even for our coffee maker. There was one half used roll of toilet paper, and two towels for a room intended for five. There wasn’t any additional bedding for the fold out couch. The cable clearly hasn’t worked for months (see other reviews), but I was told it was due to a recent storm. The pool is on “A” rooftop, but behind the larger one. So, the majority of the day the pool is in the shade. Cleanliness seems to be a recommendation, but not a requirement. The balcony doors are screwed shut. The front desk employees were very nice, and the valet was great! The management tries to come off as a high class hotel, but on a very, VERY low budget. One gets what they paid for. I’d spend a little more on something a little better.

When I arrived for my 3pm reservation the said i would have to wait till 4 because of housekeep, I had to complain to checkin at 3:30. The AC was not working in the 1st room, I complained after 2 hrs I got another room. This is an old building and in need of a complete renovation in the elevator lobby and hallways, the hallway smelled like fish smh

Current Status: Still waiting to be reimbursed. Here is the situation based on our family experience. We booked a room through Orbitz that specifically included double beds and a sofa bed, to accommodate six people. However, upon arrival at the hotel, we were never informed at check-in that the room we had reserved and paid for was not available. We were given room keys and proceeded to the room, only to discover upon opening the door that the room was not what we had booked. We returned to the front desk and were then informed that no suitable room was available. The receptionist told us that we should open a claim with Orbitz — which we did immediately. Almost a week later and still waiting to be reimbursed once Hotel decides the answer the phone or have someone available to do so.

This property needs a makeover. The furniture is old. The paint is chipped in so many different places, the bathroom was missing hooks and there were holes where the hooks should’ve been. No balcony access and there were paper clips on the floor when I arrived to the room.

There was a buttplug that was left in my room from the previous guest, I stepped on glass that wasn’t cleaned properly, the oven doesn’t work, staff never came to clean my room during my 4 night stay, the breakfast is mid asf no seasoning for anything, and there was gunshots in the middle of the night unfortunately
