Generally run down. Room has no amenities, basic room. It’s clean to be fair. Service is minimal but I like that. Area around hotel is dead in a Sunday. Buzzier on a Monday.

The staff were exceptional and professional. We really enjoyed our time here. Only complaint was that the homeless / drunks sitting out the front were rude and intimidating guests and they weren’t moved on by security for hours. Other than this minor complaint we had a fantastic time.

Area was walkable to a lot of shops and dining. Rooms were clean and well kept. My kids wished we stayed a few more nights here. Two complaints. Elevators and parking. They only had one set of elevators working unless you had VIP access. There were a few times with a large group of people and luggage waiting to get to their room. The staff would occasionally badge you to the VIP elevators. I didn’t realize the listed parking price was for each time you leave so if you plead to come and go then you may want the valet option.
