This platinum 1,000 sq/ft residence features amazing ski mountain and river views, fireplace and balcony. One bedroom (1 king bed), and one bathroom comfortably accommodate up to two adults, though two more could stay on the living room sleeper sofa. Please see section below on fees charged by the resort.

Standard check-in is 4pm or later. Check-out is 11am. Please know that your health matters to us, and additional cleaning time is required in between guests.

Up to 2 well behaved, quiet, house-trained dogs are welcome, however prior approval is required. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged. Additional fees may be assessed if excessive cleaning is needed, or for any pet-related damages. Please limit barking, and do not leave dogs unattended in the unit. We are happy to coordinate a pet sitter for you if needed.

No parties, loud music or disturbances.

No smoking (of any kind) in the unit, this includes the balcony. If smoking is detected an additional minimum cleaning fee of $300 will be charged. No candles or flames. Additional fees may be assessed for damages.

ID of the primary guest on the reservation required in person upon arrival. A credit card is required to be on file prior to arrival for any incidental charges.
