This house is idyllically located on the eastern shore of the Scharmützelsee in the spa town of Bad Saarow. It is located on the upper floor on two levels with a total of 103 m². It is reached via its own external staircase. This house offers plenty of space for a relaxing holiday and unique views of the Scharmützelsee. It has 3 bedrooms and is therefore ideal for 6 people. An extra bed is possible on the gallery. On each level there is a bathroom with shower and toilet, downstairs also with whirlpool.

Our holiday homes Bornholm, Funen and Zealand are located on the eastern shore of Lake Scharmützel, directly on the water and surrounded by forests of the Marches. The well-kept, light-filled houses are built in Scandinavian wood construction and are located a few minutes walk from the lake. The modern and versatile equipment of the houses leaves nothing to be desired on holiday. Due to the location of the houses offer unique visual axes on the Scharmützelsee! Take advantage of a variety of sports and recreational opportunities during the day and end the evening with a glass of wine on the terrace while enjoying the picturesque sunset.

The cost of electricity (0.33 EUR per kWh / underfloor heating and hot water treatment electric) and water (7.00 EUR per cubic meter) or gas connection (0.90 EUR per cubic meter) will be charged according to consumption on departure.

Eine gute Lage insgesamt vom Ferienpark. Sehr schön und gut zum Radeln oder Spazieren am Wasser. Das Haus sauber, die Aufteilung gut. Schöne große Terrasse. Leider war der Geschirrspüler defekt!

Sehr schöne Wohnung!

Ein sehr schönes Holzhäuschen direkt mit Seeblick. Die Betten sind sehr weich! Aber wir fühlen uns hier sehr wohl! Haben nichts vermisst! Die Terrasse kann sehr rutschig werden, da dort auch Holzdielen liegen! Ein Geländer in der Treppen mitte wäre nicht schlecht...
