I booked a king. They didnt have one. They offered a queen I said I wanted to cancel. They said they couldnt cancel. They didnt offer me a reservation for another room the next day. The agent was initially rude and rolled her eyes at me right off the bat just making casual conversation. I asked a follow up desk agent if Doordash delivered there. He said no. He was wrong as they did. The light malfunctioned. The tv didnt work initially. They didnt clear snow behind the cars so I was trapped and had to seek assistance.

Breakfast offerings and other food offerings through the day were very nice. There was always someone at the desk to help. The bags for pet pick outside were always available. Salt was put out after a light ice/snow mix had fallen.

They had a few changes since our last visit. I like that they added more seating in the breakfast area. They had a few new options to the breakfast that included keto bread, gluten free bread, and almond milk. Definitely a good variety of food with plenty of healthy options. One change I would suggest would be getting new pillows. One firm and one soft for each side of the bed. Other than that everything was excellent. See you again next Christmas!
