There were a couple of people smoking weed in front of the building. The valet driver had someone else in my car when he brought it to me. I questioned him about it and he said it was a hotel guest that needed a ride. I asked him if this was policy and he said no. The building was beautiful inside but those couple of things spoiled the stay.

Event at entryway

A wedding party kind of took over the valet area, street entrance and lobby on arrival. Staff were obviously overwhelmed. I would have assumed the hotel event planner would have brought on more personnel for the event.

My reservation got mixed up and I got kicked off my room for 2 hours. When I got the room back it wasn’t cleaned and I would have appreciated someone would do something about it since it wasn’t my mistake.. I little miss on the manager part I would say.

The building and decor is quite nice but one of the towels was stained and the shampoo and body wash dispensers were empty. The food at the restaurant was average and very expensive for the dishes. $41 for crab cakes? And they were out of one of the dishes. Out of cherries for the cocktail. For breakfast the eggs were overdone but the bread wasn’t toasted. And, again, expensive for what you got. The service in the restaurant was very good, though.

We were able to book a room on one hour's notice at an extremely competitive rate and with no lag time in terms of the Expedia booking getting to the hotel front desk. Close to inner harbor and was only a 15 minute Lyft to Canton. Getting valet parking was also extremely convenient

Upon arrival and checking into room 1009, toilet didn’t work for two days, TV didn’t work, no phone in the room, heat in the room fluctuated between 70 and above 80 every day. Went to Customer Service multiple times with limited to zero response. It took them two days to move my room.
