The first room that I checked into had nets and no air. Once they moved me into another room the air went out in that room. A fan had to be brought to my room. We had no house keeping the whole time we were there. When spoke to the front guest he started that the clean the room on the third day and that didn’t happen. I was also told because a fan had to be brought to my room that I would receive a discount which I have not received.

Staff was great! Room was okay there was some obvious patchwork done on the ceiling around the ac that looked cracked. Staff was kind and helpful! Also really great walking distance from the inner habor and even to Little Italy!

Don’t know if smoking is allowed or they use terrible smelling stuff to clean the carpets. Rooms are okay. Lobby and main areas dated. Bathrooms were not properly stocked. Valet service ends early and doors are locked after 11.

Check in is at 3. We arrived around 4:30 and was told our room wasn't ready and to check back in 15 minutes. After waiting in the lobby for over an half and hour, we asked for the manager whose name was Komar( not sure if that's spelled correctly). He was kind and very professional. He indicated the cleaning staff was behind. He followed up with them and we were given our room key about 10 minutes later. Through out our stay we would see him and he was always kind and attentive. When we got in our room, that night we saw that our comforter wasn't clean. We called down to the front desk and they brought up different blankets. They were very apologic. Another issue in the hotel was none of the ice machines in the hotel were working. One night we ate at the hotel restaurant and the staff there was great! They immediately greeted us and was very attentive the entire time. The gentleman that took care of us was Darrell, he was fantastic! The food was surprisingly very very good!! Despite our issues, all the staff at the hotel were wonderful! Not sure if the hotel is understaffed and that contributed to the check-in delay and the uncleaned comforter but I will say if the hotel is overworking their staff they risk losing some incredible people that they have working there.
