The sofa at the lobby need a brand new one so with the carpet. It was dirty. Out of 7 nights stay i had 3 nights i was awaken by noise upstairs. Then early Sunday morning an irrate woman kept using foul language with a BIG voice shouting wanting her phone back from her boyfriend.The room was clean but the clear shower curtain bottom was filthy. The manager should update and place a new one! The pillow not the pillow cases smelled like someones head had sweat so badly. Those pillows need to be replaced. The room carpet has visible stains. I need a refund. What would the Business Bureau would say about this place?

Very clean excellent breakfast staff was extremely helpful. What I did not like was the hot tub was not hot at all. It was like lukewarm. I had read that in other reviews, but I was hopeful that somehow they were wrong or that the problem had been fixed, but it has not.

Nobody could sleep because the AC what way too loud, and the fire alarm falsely went off at 3:00 a.m. on two different mornings. The rooms and area was pretty clean except the hot tub had mildew all over it.

Everything was good except the fact that we chose the hotel because it’s supposed to have a heated pool and the heater was broken so I was not able to swim. It was a poor choice for us, especially around the holidays.

We stayed there the night before our cruise. They did us a big favour and let us have Amazon packages be sent (we needed some stuff for the cruise). Room was clean and comfortable. Close drive to Baltimore tourist area. Would go again for sure.
