Hidden Gem on Soi 11

Loved this hotel in such a popular area of the city. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are luxurious, and the bed is very comfortable. The pool area is not that big but we never had an issue to find a spot and it was a welcome break from the heat. Our room included a happy hour with free beverages from 5:00-7:00 daily which we also enjoyed.the location is perfect for nightlife and close to the BTS station if you want to sightsee.
Complimentary cheese platter also included with our happy hour daily.

Very uncomfortable room!

Not good! Room was right next to lift shaft and was being woken up all night due to the very loud lift winch. Hot water in the shower kept going from hot to cold.

Aira is a classy joint

Front desk staff was especially helpful but the entire staff , from the restaurant to housekeeping was polite and professional. I had a problem with my faith and the manager came up and took care of it right away. I arrived early in the morning and the front desk help me to get an earlier check in. The bellman was helpful providing knowledge and very friendly greeting me every time I entered the hotel. The breakfast buffet was really good , the gym and the pool was nice and my room was beautiful . I had a great stay , it's a great location too , I definitely will come back.
