I have stayed here for a week and absolutely loved every moment of it! In fact I just booked for a second week. The hospitality was outstanding—from the amazing cleaning crew to the incredibly friendly front-line staff, everyone made me feel truly welcomed. It’s 5-star service all the way! The breakfast is an unbelievable value, packed with fresh fruit, crisp vegetables, tasty pastries, cereal, and delicious hot Thai dishes. I looked forward to it every morning! Plus, the Skytrain is just half a block away, and the walk is lined with fantastic street food—perfect for exploring and snacking. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Highly recommended.

First, the room had so many flies. At least five were there to greet me upon entry and they only increased. Absolutely disgusting, with stains on the sheets and an improperly cleaned bathroom. The front desk staff are rude. They hung up the phone on me several times and laughed at me behind my back when I asked them to fix my room key which was programmed to the wrong room. They insulted me in Thai (because they assume I don't speak the language) when I arrived on time at the desk for my shuttle. The breakfast food was cold but a decent variety. I got this room for free thankfully so nothing lost on my end other than comfort. However your staff needs proper training in hospitality and courtesy, though other employment would be more suitable for their collectively disagreeable disposition and countenance.
