Most everything was good, except they did not honor the included late check out. So we had to sit outside for a couple of hours until it was time to go to the airport. Probably will try another hotel next time.

Great location within walking distance to the Nana area. I really liked the blackout curtains in the room, the strong AC, and the well-designed bathroom with all the facilities I needed. The spa was relaxing, and the reception staff were friendly and efficient.

Be aware this property is one block off the red light district if you are staying with family. They were renovating some parts of the hotel, particularly the gym, during my stay. It was a short walk to a partner hotel to use their gym in the mornings so not too inconvenient.

The A/C is dirty, I got sick due to the bacteries in the A/C. The A/C does not work properly. Swimming pool very small, no sun, few chairs. Gym A/C does not work properly, smells a lot. Breakfast good.
