I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Bangkok! The overall experience was very good, with several standout features that made my trip memorable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist with any requests. Check-in was a breeze—fast, smooth, and hassle-free, which was a great start to my stay. The breakfast buffet was a major highlight! It offered an impressive variety of choices, from local Thai dishes to international options, catering to every taste. The quality and freshness were exceptional, making it one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve experienced. The location is a huge plus. Situated right next to Phaya Thai BTS Station, it’s perfect for exploring Bangkok while avoiding the city’s notorious traffic. Plus, it’s only a 25-minute ride from the airport via the airport rail, which made travel convenient and stress-free. The area felt very safe, and having amenities like a pharmacy nearby was a nice touch. That said, there were a few minor downsides. I noticed some stains on the bed linen, which was a bit disappointing. The carpet in my room also seemed a little unclean, and I spotted a few small insects, which wasn’t ideal. Some parts of the hotel felt slightly run-down, and for the price, I would have expected a bit more polish in these areas. Despite these issues, the positives far outweighed the negatives. The hotel was beautiful. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. My whole family had a wonderful experience. It was the perfect hotel to unwind and relax. The hotel is right by the BTS line making it a convenient walk. We would definitely return to this hotel!

Hands down the best place we’ve ever stayed—truly felt like royalty. The staff were exceptional, always going above and beyond. Breakfast was incredible with a huge variety, and the restaurant food was consistently outstanding. The facilities were top-tier, especially the two stunning infinity pools. Wonderful!

Loved the size and cleanliness of the hotel and the room. The bed was comfortable and we had good sleep every night. We also enjoyed the large variety of food at the buffet breakfast. The location was also fantastic - located right next to a station of the Airport Rail Link and BTS station - hence super convenient!

Apart from convenient transportation, everything else is average. Although the staff are friendly, there are probably too many guests, so I had to handle everything myself from getting off the car to checking into the hotel. Additionally, the bed sheets are wrinkled. The location of the swimming pool isn't sufficient to handle the crowd, and there's not much privacy.

Me and my son stayed here for 3 days, 2 originally which we extended by a further day. The staff were so friendly and arranging us to stay in the same room for our entire visit (even though when booking through Expedia, was told we couldn’t do that.) We were taken away by the breathtaking views over Bangkok city from our hotel room and the swimming pools. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming, always at hand to serve and give us anything we may need. This hotel was located at the end of one of the BTS lines, making it very easy to get about the city, and even easier still to get to and from the airport. The hotel was spotless clean, breakfast on a morning there was so much selection, a lot of food cooked on request instantly. I can’t fault our stay in Eastin Grand Hotel, hopefully we can visit Bangkok again in the near future. And I’d definitely stay here, and recommend this hotel to anyone. Thanks for having us! ☺️

I stayed for 2 nights with my wife. The room and service was perfect. Especially the breakfast was the best. There is also railway connection in the hotel directly. It was easy to travel by train. We have only one disappointed in the hotel. We were choosed this hotel for honeymoon and we expected a little gift for that. There were nothing about it. However we enjoyed and like the hotel!

We could not have picked a better hotel, the convenience of being attached to both the airport rail and the bts lines make it so easy to get around. The hotel was very clean and quiet, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The morning buffet that was a part of our stay was fantastic, I don’t think I’ve ever had a better breakfast buffet, so many choices. If we comeback to Bangkok this will definitely be the hotel we stay at.
