I asked for a last checkout for my previous reservation (for Sunday 9th), the guy at reception was quite rude and said no hotel is full tonight, checkout at 12, no way to change that. I said I would be willing to pay. He said cannot do. Then I booked this extra night (this booking for this review) online straight away, called up reception, and said, well, the hotel was not full and I was able to book, please merge my bookings. He said ok and merged them and I stayed. No apology, no explanation that he was wrong about the hotel being full. In addition, no power outlets near bed, no USB ports (not even USB-A let alone USB-C). Dated decor. A/C only works in whole integers of celsius (22c or 23c, no ability to put 22.5c).

Second time we've stayed there. No sockets near the bed (just normal power points, let alone international sockets, or USB-A, or USB-C). Anything at all would be good. Water pressure just okay. Hot water weakest. Rooftop bar, apparently pedestal fans need to be turned on pointing at nobody at the back rather than brought to the front where they face actual humans. Cocktails, just okay. Espresso martini had bits at the bottom.

The property is in a very touristy neighborhood with lots of shops and food (including street food) options. It’s also close to a BTS station. The staff is very accommodating and the hotel is generally clean. They do not provide an iron in the room. The room could use some updates and the bathroom could use a detailed cleaning to rid the mildew in some areas.

Property was a reasonably location could walk to plenty of places within 15 minutes from the one of the main streets. Room was clean ish however when they came to clean did not replace towels or even move things to wipe etc. More PowerPoints by the bed needed. Pool was tired and needed some maintenance Aircon was a little loud and didn’t work the best. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Stay for Busines

Stayed in Bangkok for a conference. The hotel is a great location to get around the city from close to Ploenchit BTS. Stayed here a few times and staff are amazing and the rooms are comfortable. Good Pool and bar next to it.
