This hotel was phenomenal. The staff was very helpful and nice. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the amenities were all there. We stayed at places many times more expensive and were not as nice and clean as this place. Location is near many restaurants and bars, easy access to food

Excellent hotel, great location and awesome staff

I just stayed at Nysa for a week and had a great experience. The hotel is nice and my room was very comfortable. This was my first trip to Thailand and the staff was so welcoming and helpful. I had a minor issue with the shower and I asked for the minibar to be emptied early in the morning as I went to the hotel gym. The shower was fixed and minibar emptied by the time I got back from my workout. Gym is outstanding compared to other hotels in the area by the way. Breakfast offering is excellent and the restaurant staff was wonderful. Location was perfect. Just a tad bit away from the noise but super close to everything. Overall, pretty much all positive, including the value.

The property is in a central location, easy to walk to many places and close to train stations as well as easy to pick up a cab or tuk tuk. I felt the staff wasn’t extremely friendly or helpful, especially for a “5 star” it was average at best. Hospitality was not very welcoming and in my opinion treated my husband a lot kinder and welcoming possibly because he’s Caucasian and my appearance looks like I could be a Thai local even though I was born in New York City and ethnically I’m Chinese. I felt the difference everywhere I went. I just didn’t expect to feel it at the hotel as well even though we checked in together and the reservation was in my name, not my husband’s.

As checked in, there was faculty problem which I wrote about in Hotels.com check in review. Then next day, meantime I was out, the problem was fixed. very quick response that I was impressed. Then all 9 days, the staffs at concierge , reception, breakfast restaurant , all friendly and work properly.
