Have been to bkk many many times but never stayed at raddison previously. Super impressed. Especially by the front desk staff who were so friendly and professional. Also liked the property is spacious so you never feel crowded in the lobby or elevator or rooftop bar. Well done!

Tired around the edges. Business class room, ran out of toilet paper, tissues and no towels left one evening. Hot out of shower to find nothing, had to use robe to dry myself. Staff abrupt at times. No vip benefits given
