I recently stayed at The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam and would rate my overall experience as good. The location is excellent for shopping and street food, with Pratunam Market, Platinum Fashion Mall, and several night markets all within easy walking distance, plus a 7‑Eleven and small market attached to the property. My room was spacious, comfortable, and generally clean, and the hotel’s public areas felt modern and well maintained for the price point. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast offered a wide range of choices, which made mornings easy. Facilities like the outdoor pools and fitness center were a nice bonus after a hot day in Bangkok. On the downside, traffic around the area can be heavy and public transport access isn’t as straightforward as some other parts of the city. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel if you want a comfortable base in the Pratunam area and good value for money, and don’t mind a bit of congestion outside.

I have stayed at this hotel for 8 times, and the room is clean, staff friendly especially the front office guy Mr Sam is very knowledgeable and helpful. The only setback is the quality and quantity of food has somewhat fell below good.

We have been staying in The Berkeley whenever we travel to Bangkok. Breakfast had been good. There had many choices (international) but not for this time stay. Mainly indian cuisine. Hotel room is cleaned comfortable. The location is good as we are able to go to the places without difficulty and inconveniences Staff are friendly and approachable. Overall, it had been a nice hotel to stay

The room was nice and spacious. The check in process was not ideal - it was new years eve so very busy but the lines were a mess, not enough staff on to handle it, no order and when the reception staff finally found our booking they had us (a married couple) in a twin room despite queen room being on the booking. We were told to wait in the lobby for 45 minutes for our room to be sorted. When I went up at 45minutes it was clear the room had been ready for some time but no one had bothered to let us know. The elevator situation needed to be corrected - very busy with long waits. Everyone in the north tower has to go to level 11 to transfer which means wait times for elevators is really long, with people pushing in. No matter the floor the elevator is at you hear the ding which is both annoying and means it's hard to know when it has actually arrived. The lines for the breakfast are long (just to get in) so this also needs to be sorted. Wifi goes down for periods which meant you couldn't use the TV or phone (if relying on wifi). The location of the hotel is convinent though, an easy walk to CentralWorld.

Yes, great. The hotel should have a small convenience store in the lobby. Many guests have young families and children need snacks and little souvenirs. It’s not easy for them to go out. The store will provide a great service to guests and also generate additional income for the hotel.
