NEVER AGAIN

you always think of Thai hospitality as pleasant and warm. Front desk AGENT is borderline rude and grumpy. Our reservations included breakfast and yet, they insisted no breakfast until we showed them the confirmation. Off the beaten track and simply dont understand where the"SUPERB" rating comes from. There are other hostels that are better managed. By the way, dont bother calling the hostel. They DO NOT ANSWER. It doesnt matter whether is office hours

Very friendly staffs, great hostel with big lobby big public area, tidy room. Fantastic hostel, however, location not that good, maybe 10-15mins walk from bts. If dun mind the location, it's pretty worth to live

失礼な対応と異常な待機時間

24時間フロント対応、チェックイン可能とのことで宿泊を決めましたが フロントにホテルスタッフはおらず明け方ロビーにて2時間以上待たされました。 朝にようやくやってきたスタッフも英語対応不可とのことで、 英語が話せる者が来るまで一時間以上待つように言われ、待ちましたが現れませんでした。非常に失礼な対応をされ我慢できなかったので帰りました。 合計4時間近く待ったのにチェックインできず、事後連絡をしても返金もしてもらえませんでした。 選ぶホテルを間違えた私が悪かったみたいです。 今後は気を付けたいので皆様参考にどうぞ。

아직은 좀 더 개선될 것들이 많지만, 전반적으로 중간이상은 한 편

서비스업을 한지 오래 안된 분들끼리 운영하시는지, 고객대응이 미흡하다. 리뷰에도 있던데 에어컨 소리 시끄러운거 맞음. 최근에 지어진 건물인듯 인테리어는 좋고 깨끗한 편이다. 위치는 지하철들 타러 걸어가기 멀지않고 나쁘지않은 편.
