Villa Capllonch, currently managed by owners Toni and Juana Mari. It is located about 500 meters from the natural beach of Port d'es Canonge. The Villa becomes a haven of rest for those looking for a quiet vacation in contact with nature, you can enjoy a private pool in the same villa, go hiking, enjoy the beach where you can bathe in crystal clear waters, snorkel, etc
Villa Capllonch is surrounded by the typical landscape of the Sierra de Tramontana (World Heritage Site), large areas of pine and oak forests that run through the mountains, and as we get closer to the house the agricultural exploitation carried out for years becomes more present. back: Pine and holm oak trees are interspersed with carob and olive trees, typical trees of Mallorcan agriculture.
If we take our view away from the crops, down the mountain, just 500 m away. From the house, we can see the unmistakable blue of the sea that bathes El Port d'es Canonge and from where you can see one of the best sunsets on the island.
The house is located at the end of the street in a small square, and upon entering the property, we find two large terraces outside, in one of them a gazebo with a table, sofa and two armchairs.
We enter the house and Villa Capllonch is distributed on different floors,
On the main floor we can find:

To the right, a bright dining room with a table for 8 people and an open kitchen, pantry, refrigerator, gas hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers, toaster, juicer, etc. and all the necessary utensils.
We go down 3 steps and there is a spacious and bright living room with two large windows to make the most of the sunlight, 2 sofas, a large flat screen TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi and equipment to connect a mobile phone, tablet or iPad to listen to music.
On the same level we have a terrace with views of the mountains and also the sea, with a round table and 8 chairs to enjoy breakfast or some pleasant evenings.
To the left of the hall, we go down 5 steps and find 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and air conditioning, with two single beds each.
Another room with a sofa bed and desk also with a built-in wardrobe and air conditioning.
And on the same floor, a bathroom equipped with a shower tray, sink, WC and bidet as well as towels for different uses.
We go down to the lower floor and find 2 more rooms with built-in wardrobes and air conditioning with two single beds each.
We also have another bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, toilet and bidet, with towels for different uses, and an area for a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
When we go outside we find a large covered terrace, where there is a table for 10 people, a sofa with a small table and two armchairs, a ping pong table and a portable barbecue on wheels.
On the same terrace there is another barbecue kitchen also equipped with a microwave, gas hob, refrigerator and a large number of utensils (plates, knives, glasses, etc.).
From this terrace we can access the garden area with a private pool and solarium where we can sunbathe on the sun loungers.
Two pool towels are provided per room.
There is a private parking area inside the complex.
