Modern apartment decorated with a lot of charm. Super functional and fully equipped. Very well communicated to Barcelona city center, airport,"La Fira" exhibition center. Quiet neighborhood. Two double sleeping rooms with very comfortable mattresses. Dining room with sofa bed. Fully equipped bathroom Lots of natural light throughout the day. AC, heat pump, high speed WIFI in all rooms. Flat TV with Netflix and Prime Video. Ideal for professional stays or vacations. Parking can be provided
Several apartments can be booked simultaneously for large groups in the same building. The building has security cameras in reception and common spaces to ensure guests comfort and safety. Following local regulations, we are obliged to charge a tourist tax of 1.1 per person per night at the end of your stay (excluding children under 17 years of age). I t is essential to perform the check in on line in our app before checking in and inform us when it is done to provide you the apartments access code. Parking (subject to availability) must be requested by the guest at least 24 hours before the checkin and inform the plate number. We're charging 15 per day. In case of damage or lost of the remote control or the access card, we'll be charging 50 . The checkin and checkout time of the parking is the same as the apartments. 15 will be charged for the sofa bed sheets only if this is requested Early check in or late check out has a cost of 25 and must be requested by the guest 24hs in advance to see if request can be accomodated. We'll do our best!
Parties are strictly forbidden Avoid doing noisy activities after 22:00 No smoking in the apartment Take care of the apartment so that the next guests can continue enjoying it
The apartment is located right next to the Collblanc market, one of the few surviving traditional markets in the Barcelona area. The neighborhood has all kinds of services (supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants ...) At the time of booking we will send you a document with our recommendations. Please don't hesitate to ask us should you have any queston or specific request!
The easiest way to get to our apartment from Barelona Airport is by taking the Metro line L9S (30 minutes without the need to change). The frequency of passage is 8 minutes. From the subway exit to the apartment it takes only 2 minutes. To get the apartment by car from the airport, take the C31 and the journey takes 15 minutes if traffic is fluid. Metro connects you to Barcelona downtown in 17 24minutes, to the railstation in 10 minuts and to "La Fira" exhibit center in 7 minutes. Barça Soccer Field is just a 10 minute walk away
