Location was excellent so easy to get anywhere around Barcelona! Communication from the host was amazing from pre-arrival to check out. The accommodation was clean and spacious enough for a family of four. Would very much recommend!

Nice sized flat and it suited 2 adults and 2 tweens well as a base to explore Barcelona. Owners helpful and welcoming. Flat situated in a great location near the beach and restaurants/bars of Poblenou. Plenty to do in the area with only short walks to supermarket, public transport and the tourist buses.

The Sweetest Stay

Josep and his wife were the utmost fabulous hosts I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and renting a small stay. They were accommodating when my other reservation was cancelled and more than reassuring when traveling alone in a new country. If I could give them 10 stars I would..I will be back!

Great place with great owner

Two things stood out with this stay. First is the neighborhood, just an incredible area that didn’t have the touristy feel of other parts of Barcelona. Second is the owner’s communication and flexibility. Definitely will stay here again.

Exactly as promised

First stay in Barcelona so we were expecting very small accommodations, and were pleasantly surprised at the spacious, clean apartment. It was located well within walking distance of several neighborhood, eating places in the beach. Josep and Sonia were amazing… Easy to communicate with, and made sure we had everything to make our stay perfect. Would highly recommend!

The apartment's location is unbeatable if you are looking for a great place really close to the beach. The property manager is awesome and pays atrention to very detail to make your stay a memorable one. I highly recommend this place.

Die Lage der Wohnung im Stadtteil Poblenou mit der Nähe zum Strand und der Erreichbarkeit der Sehenswürdigkeit ist sehr gut! Das Haus an sich ist sehr alt, hat überwiegend Fenster zu einem sehr kleinen Lichthof und ist extrem hellhörig! In der angrenzenden Wohnung herrscht ein Kommen und Gehen bis spät in die Nacht, lautes Reden, Schimpfen, Kochgeräusche und -gerüche sowie ständig an- und ausgehendes Licht machen ein erholsames Schlafen leider kaum möglich!Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sauber, ordentlich gepflegt und in einem guten Zustand und für einen Stadtaufenthalt völlig ausreichend!Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern war sehr einfach, schnell und sehr freundlich!

Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende in Barcelona verbracht und die Ferienwohnung war ideal gelegen. Es waren wenige Minuten zum Strand und mit den nahegelegenen Haltestellen für Metro und Bus war man schnell im Stadtzentrum. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Josep verlief reibungslos. Gerne wieder.

Tolle Wohnung, super Lage, netter Vermieter

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt für 4 Tage/3 Nächte. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar. Der Stadtteil Poblenou ist sehr schön, es gibt viele tolle Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut mit Fahrrad (zu mieten überall) erreichbar. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war super. Wir konnten direkt nach der Ankunft mit dem Flugzeug in die Wohnung. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, sogar mit Waschmaschine. Es gab allerdings nur ein Handtuch pro Person. Das war etwas wenig. Der Fußboden hätte sauberer sein können. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung.

Ideal für einen Kurzaufenthalt

Die kleine Wohnung in der Nähe der Rambla Poblenou war ein guter Ausgangspunkt für unsere Stadtbesichtigung. Ganz besonders positiv zu bewerten ist der nette Kontakt zu den freundlichen und zuverlässigen Vermietern.

Appartement très propre, proche de la plage et d’un quartier avec charme

Même si nous n’avons pas vu nos hôtes, nous avons eu une excellente communication. L’appartement était propre et très fonctionnel pour une famille avec deux jeunes enfants. Le quartier très agréable. La plage a 5 minutes. Je recommande vivement !

100 % Weiterempfehlung

Sehr gut ausgestattetes, sauberes und ruhiges Apartment in bester Lage. Nahe zu allem was man für einen gelungenen Barcelona-Trip braucht: 10 Gehminuten zum Strand, 5 Gehminuten zur Rambla del Poblenou und 5 Gehminuten zur U-Bahn in die Altstadt. Josep ist ein freundlicher und unkomplizierter Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
