DISCOVER THIS RENOVATED HOUSEDo not miss this magnificent two-story house with 5 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large outdoor space, a porch in the garden, a built-in barbecue and a private pool! THE HOUSE DESMAIS AND ITS SPACE
FIRST FLOOR
ENTRANCE HALL: from the street, we access the main floor. Upon entering, we already see the beautiful views from the living room windows. In the hall, we find an ideal space to prepare to go out, wait for those who are always late or take off our shoes as soon as we arrive and feel at home.
KITCHEN: It is located to the left of the hall. Fully equipped with new appliances and everything you may need for a more comfortable stay. In the centre, there is a large island with stools where you can prepare delicious breakfasts or the food that we will take on an excursion or to the beach.
It has sliding doors and an extractor to prevent kitchen odours from coming out if you wish.
DINING ROOM: An open area that is in front of us as soon as we enter through the door and cross the hall. The sofa area is at the left, with a fireplace in the corner. To our right is the dining table, all new furniture, designed for each corner, even so, it does not steal the spotlight from the light that enters through the windows, the sight that surrounds us and its large terrace.
TERRACE: It has an outdoor dining table and comfortable armchairs from where we can see the sunrises and sunsets and also, the large garden can be controlled.
Following the hall, before entering the living room, we find the stairs at your right, that leads to the ground floor, and after the corridor to the bedrooms. Before reaching the door that closes the landing of the rooms there is a toilet.
BEDROOM. 1. double bed and a private bathroom with shower
BEDROOM. 2. double bed and a private bathroom with shower. Access to the terrace and sea views. It has blinds.
BEDROOM. 3. double bed and a private bathroom with shower. Access to the terrace and sea views. It has blinds, a desk to work with, a small television and a private dressing room.
LOWER FLOOR
We access the stairs to the lower floor, even if it does not appear in the images, the railing has a design that allows us to hold on when going down.
Once down we find access from the inside to the huge and pleasant porch from which we will not want to leave.
On this same floor are the other 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom.
BEDROOM. 4 with double bed
BEDROOM. 5 with a double bed and a sofa where you can read with a relaxing drink before going to sleep.
PORCH: located at the garden level, it has a wonderful area furnished with comfortable outdoor armchairs to enjoy the view of the sea while a gentle sea breeze circulates with a sweet fig tree aroma that we will always remember. It also has an outdoor dining table in case you decide to organize a barbecue and table tennis in case you dare to mount a competition during your stay.
BUILT-IN BARBECUE: Leaving the porch on the left, following one of the paths in the garden, we find an area with a built-in barbecue ideal for a family gathering or even trying to make paella on the fire, would you dare?
GARDEN: a large space to play, or lie down in the sun, or else there is also a fantastic "hammock" hanging between two trees to take a peaceful nap in the shade.
PRIVATE POOL: if we continue walking through the garden to the other side, we will find the pool area with a shower, sun loungers and a pleasant porch with armchairs to control the children while they bathe and from where we can continue to be protected by the beautiful view.
This pleasant house (ready to 4 winds) is located on a plot located in a quiet urbanization a few minutes from the centre of the town of Cabrils.
Although it is very close to the town, it is highly recommended to go by car, since the urbanization is at the top of Cabrils.
SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS DESMAIS house is exclusive to its guests.
THE GARDEN AND THE TERRACE Garden spaces are not shared but must be respected.The outdoor dining area, barbecue and chill-out area with sofas are private.The barbecue should be cleaned after each use. THE PRIVATE POOL There are sunbeds for sunbathing and an exterior shower.The rest hours of the neighbours, the bathroom clothing and the use of the pool must be respected. ALARM The house has an alarm system, however, the house should always be left tightly closed.- Two devices are available to disconnect the security system. It is not necessary to memorize a code.- Motion detectors on the access doors to protect the different points of entry into the house.- Capturing images to identify intruders. The in-house cameras only activate and record photos when the alarm goes off. If the host deactivates the alarm these are automatically removed from the system. PARKING You can enter the property by car, but you must respect the garden areas and watch out for the automatic lawn watering.You can also park for free and easily on the street.The street is shared with residents. The direction of traffic on the streets must be respected and not parked in front of accesses to private car parks.

HOUSE RULES
- It is not available to groups under 25 years old.
- The rental contract for the property for the tourist season will be accepted upon reservation and signed before the closing ceremony.
- Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival by pre-authorisation with a credit card.
- All persons making the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity card. They will be requested before and during the welcome.
- During your stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult; they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians.
- It is also necessary to remove the garbage periodically to avoid odours and brutality. There are containers in the street, very close to the house.
- Between all of us we have to respect and preserve the resources we have, if you please, avoid waste and negligent use of resources.
Waste, abusive consumption, or negligent use of electricity, water, and gas is not included and can be deducted from the deposit.
IT'S NOT ALLOWED
- Host or invite more people than those registered on the reservation form.
- Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) from 21:00 and before 09:00 in the morning.It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbours.
- Organise events, parties, and bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behaviour.
- Use bath towels for the beach or pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional cost.
We have a service to rent pool/beach towels.
- Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house; if they wish, they can smoke in the exterior spaces of the property.In this case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces, and/or balconies.
- Electric vehicles cannot be charged using household power
- Groups of students are not allowed.
- No pets allowed

We are very strict with the rules because the houses we help manage are not located in tourist areas. Properties in the urbanisations are very quiet and we want (we need) to preserve the coexistence between visitors and residents.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND ITS SURROUNDINGS The house is located in a residential area of single-family houses very quiet and close to the centre of the village of Cabrils and different services; supermarket, restaurants, bars and traditional shops.
Cabrils is a charming little town known for its good restaurants, its gastronomic fair and its music fair. Cabrils is located on the north coast of Barcelona in the Maresme region.
The village has quick access to the mountain for all those hikers and adventurers. Also, throughout the Maresme, we find family beaches with calm waters and golden sand...
THE REGION "El Maresme" stands out for its temperate Mediterranean climate, mild temperatures throughout the year, sunnier and brighter days, colourful in its spectacular landscapes, intense blue on its coast and in its skies that combine with the bright green of its mountains.
The location between small mountains and The Mediterranean Sea, its proximity to the city of Barcelona, makes this area an ideal place to spend an unforgettable family vacation.
The towns of "El Maresme" are charming little towns, surrounded by comfortable and private urbanizations, the best golf courses, marinas, all kinds of recreational activities, horseback riding, sports centres, wide sandy beaches.
It also offers one of the best gastronomic offers in Spain, with several Michelin-starred restaurants.

IN CABRILS 'LA MOSTRA' - THE EXHIBITION: Gastronomic, Commercial and Crafts FairAs part of the Festa Major de Santa Helena in August, it is an event that allows us to taste the most representative dishes, wines and cavas in the region.
MUSICAB: The Cabrils Music FestivalIt is one of the main cultural events in Cabrils. Created in 1989, it has always been closely related to classical music.In 2015, the festival made a change of projection, evolving into a more eclectic format.The concerts are held over several weekends in July and August.They have also incorporated a new morning format to bring music closer to the little ones.
HOW TO MOVE AROUND THE AREA PRIVATE TRANSPORT We advise on how to combine the use of private transportation with the use of public transportation.

-TAXI: There is a regular TAXIS service.All services must be booked in advance.- BUS: Day and night services.Connection with the train station, other towns in the Maresme and the city of Barcelona.-TRAIN: The closest train station is VILASSAR DE MAR.The route in Plaza Cataluña lasts between 25 and 35 minutes. BARCELONA It is about 30-40 minutes by car.Currently, there is legislation on vehicles that can circulate within the city. For more information, you can search in your search engine ZBE Barcelona (Zona Baixes Emissions)IMPORTANT: Vehicles registered outside Spain are not classified according to the criteria of the DGT’s environmental label.
