The GODO Luxury is an exclusive 225 m² apartment located in the heart of Passeig de Gràcia, with spectacular views of Casa Batlló, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is set in a building designed by the Catalan architect Bonaventura Conill i Montobbio, a friend and disciple of Antoni Gaudí, connecting you to Barcelona’s rich historical legacy.

From the comfort of the sofa on the fifth floor, and through the living room and bedroom windows, you will enjoy the privilege of a direct view of Casa Batlló, as well as the most famous boutiques and restaurants of the “Block of Discord”, while having breakfast or a romantic dinner.

Note: From approximately March 18 to April 30, 2026, the façade will be covered with protective sheeting due to balcony restoration work.

On the right side, you will find:
• A loft featuring 1 double bed, a full bathroom, a kitchen, and a living area. Since April 2019, we have added a movable wooden door to ensure privacy.
• A bedroom with 2 twin beds and a full bathroom.
• A dedicated space for storing cleaning supplies.
• A designated area for the washer and dryer.

On the left side, you will discover:
• Another loft with 1 double bed, a full bathroom, a living area, and a gym. It overlooks the typical interior courtyard of the Eixample district.
• Two bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds and a full bathroom.
• A small gym to help you stay active during your stay.

In the living room on the right side, you will find a modern open kitchen, equipped with an oven, microwave, and kitchenware. There is also a table for 6 people and spacious, comfortable sofas where you can relax, listen to music, read a book, or watch TV. We also offer a warm welcome with Nespresso coffee and soft drinks in the refrigerator. The carefully curated and elegant décor of the living room makes it a space designed for exclusive stays. The bed linens and soft comforters will ensure a restful night’s sleep, so you are ready for the next day’s adventures.

Our group of 7 adults and 1 child had an incredible stay. Everything was exactly as described and pictured—spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably maintained. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Barcelona with stunning views of Casa Batlló. It was easy to explore the city, with the nearby metro stop and plenty of walkable food and sights.The apartment itself was perfect for our group, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably. The high-speed Wi-Fi and well-equipped amenities made our stay even more enjoyable.Jordi was an incredible host who went above and beyond for our group — quick to reply to message and easy to communicate with!We couldn’t have asked for a better place to experience Barcelona! Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again.

Amazing Place & Stunning Location!!

I would put this location and apartment as our best VRBO rental ever. Location was in the center of everything Barcelona! Easy walks to food, shops, transport, and all the fun the city has to offer! The apartment was luxurious, spacious, and beyond comfortable (couch and beds were great for relaxing and sleeping)! Our host Jordi was responsive, attentive, accommodating, and very welcoming! Being across the street from the Casa Batllo with the lights and music both day and night was special! Highly recommend! Look forward to returning to Barcelona and we will stay at this amazing place again. Our new “home” in Barcelona!

Fabulous!

Perfectly located in an awesome area of Barcelona. Apartment was well equipped for our private chef experience. View of the Gaudi - Casa Batillo was enchanting. Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and the numerous bathrooms that were all so beautifully appointed. Walking up and down Paseo de Gracia was a little like 5th Avenue NYC. Definitely would stay here again if I am fortunate enough to come back and visit Barcelona.

Beautiful large flat with amazing view of Casa Batllo

My family of 5 stayed 10 nights at this great apartment. Plenty of room for everyone. Check in was easy & Jordi was very nice & very helpful. We loved the view of Casa Batllo. My kids are still talking about the light show that we were able to watch multiple time per night. They keep asking when we can go back to stay at the apartment. The location is great for shopping. Metro & bus stop is right in front of the building for convenience fo getting around town.

Great location to tour Barcelona

The property was large enough to accommodate 7 adults and 2 teenagers. Check in was fabulous. The owner allowed us to check in early since we were coming from a cruise. The refrigerator was filled with snacks and water. for our use. Washer and dryer was great since we had just returned from 10 days at sea. Location was the best. We would definitely stay here again.

A stay that featured an unconscionable issue

The apartment is in a wonderful location, and is certainly very beautiful and well equipped. However, on my last day, I grabbed a towel that had been folded and left on the bed by the service that attends to the apartment. To my absolute horror, I find that the towel is covered in seemingly fresh feces. I immediately snapped a picture and sent it to Jordi and explained the seriousness of this, to which he replied “buff.” There was no apology, no concern for our safety, and no outreach. This is a wonderful apartment itself, but how that incident occurred and then the just complete lack of care will never make me return.

This is located across from Casa Batllo a perfect area for shops cafes and luxe city energy. The apartment is spacious with beautiful decor and every amenity including quality air conditioning which was a must for us in August. Or host was great and gave us wonderful information. Superb Property

100% 5 stars, we would give more if that option was available. Superb location, amazing views from the bedroom, Jordi was so knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions and ideas. The house has everything you can imagine. We used the gym every day. The doorman helped with our luggage. Elevators are super fast. The host obviously tried hard to fulfil every need of a guest. Christmas in Barcelona

We were a family of 8 traveling to Barcelona for Christmas and needed a very large apartment. There were 5 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms. The bedrooms were very comfortable! The family room and kitchen were a great size and perfect for sitting around and recapping our day and playing games. The house was nicely decorated and extremely clean. The location was absolutely perfect. With many restaurants and cafes very close by. We had a beautiful view of the Casa Batllo house. We were able to walk to many of the places we wanted to see. Communication with the home owner and property manger was outstanding through the whole process. If we ever go back to Barcelona we would definitely rent this apartment again.

Great Rental in a Superb Location

Top 5 things about this apartment: 1. The location, on Paseo de Gràcia, is superb. 2. Having 5 bathrooms, 1 for every sleeping situation, is an unusual and wonderful luxury for an apartment in this area. 3. The view of Gaudi’s Casa Batallo out the front windows is a constant delight. 4. There is a high level of privacy between the sitting area and the master bedroom. 5. The booking contact, Santiago, as well as our on-the-ground-contact, Jordi, were terrific- good communicators in English and very accommodating, providing everything from maps and recommendations upon arrival to stocking our fridge with our requested items and our baby’s changing area with diapers. Things you should be aware of: 1. The exercise room and second sitting area are part of the back master bedroom. 2. The kitchen is perfectly functional but offers almost no work surface, making prepping a full meal a little more difficult than usual- but we don’t travel to eat in- so this was not a problem. 3. The only exterior windows are the large front windows in the sitting area. 4. One of the two very nice king beds is actually behind a four foot high or so partition within the common area- offering limited privacy, but actually more than you might expect. And the bathroom for this “bedroom” is the very nicest one. 5. The 3 non-master bedrooms are small by US standard but more than adequate.

The perfect location beautiful accomodations in Barcelona!!

I cannot say enough about this apartment. It is beautifully decorated yet comfortable. The set up for a large family like ours was perfect. Everyone had a bathroom and independent sleeping accommodations. The access to transportation and the fact that you could walk to many of Barcelona's best attractions was a key to a great stay. I cannot imagine a better choice. BRAVO

Most Fantastic Apartement to rent in Barcelona

If you haven't made your booking for an apartment in Barcelona and are still looking around, stop looking and book this place ASAP!!! I lived in Barcelona in 1985 and I have returned there to visit often in the past 27 years. This has to be the best apartment that I have stayed in over the years. The location couldn't have been better. Grocery stores near by. The metro stop just outside your door. A few blocks walk to El Court English Department store, not to mention all the other fabulous shopping around the area. Great restaurants also. Even a McDonalds just next door in your into that. LOL The apartment located on the fifth floor, (in American floors really the sixth) had access to two small elevators that can easily accommodate your luggage up and down. When you first enter the apartment, it was fantastic. This place is like going to a five star hotel. There was nine adults in my party and we had more than enough room. Sometimes it seemed like a long walk from the front of the apartment to the back of the apartment. The view at the front of the building was great looking at the Casa Botll'o, a Gaudi design house, and down on the street of Paseo De Gracia the sights are great. The furnishings were very nice and all the beds gave us plenty of choices. The walk in showers had rain like shower heads, an there was plenty of big fluffy towels. Being able to use the washer and dryer combo was also a plus. The kitchen was easy to use once you read the English instructions. I cant say enough good things about this apartment. Jordi who checked us in couldn't have been more helpful. I will defiantly try to book this apartment again on my next return trip to Barcelona. I give this place FIVE STARS . Do yourself a favor and book this place for your next trip to the great city of Barcelona. Michael in San Francisco

Lovely apartment.. met all our needs.. fantastic area .. family friendly...

We stayed here for a week. We were 2 families who stayed here.. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Lots of space for us all to spend time together and have our individual space too.. The area was very safe with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Tourist bus stop just outside the apartment made it easy to go and see the Barcelona sights. Loved it!
